Wow point wow!  I'm almost afraid to write this review and let the world it on literally the best home contractor I have ever worked with. Jeff is pretty much your personal home Santa Claus! If you are considering others, just look no further....THIS IS YOUR CONTRACTING COMPANY AND JEFF IS THE GUY TO make your champagne wishes and caviar dreams come true for your home! Hands down!

Integrity: Have you ever had your contractors back out out or come late or re-write the change order for work? Not Pinnacle. They worked with us during the entire process and were timely, respectful and thoughtful in craftmanship and delivery. We had cabinet built ins put into our home. They were the focal point of my living room. Jeff took my conceptual drawings and worked with his crew to make a beautiful product! His woodworking crew always sought perfection in design and craftsmanship. To the point that they improved on things I did not even see or realize. It's like they were building personal cabinets in their own home. Same with the paint crew who stayed late to rework items they were not happy with. In a time of high demand, everyone at Pinnacle placed quality over speed. You just cannot find this type of quality and ethic frequently.

Responsiveness: I called an uncountable number of contractors, Jeff was able to visit our home within 24 hours and yield a quote shortly thereafter. Payment was a breeze, electronic, secure and professional. If I needed to ask Jeff about a change, he responded within the day if not hours / minutes. He was always a joy to work with. His staff was too. Everyone was kind and professional. I was (get this!) even sad when our job was over.

Above & beyond:  Jeff does not just want to deliver. He wants to exceed your expectations. He will stop at nothing less to understand your style. He'll go to lengths to source materials to bring your requests to life. I think he hit up 5 stores to find our built in hardware. We'd hear from him on Sundays. Do people like him really still roam the earth? He was our contactor unicorn - contracticorn! LOL! Then he helped li'l ole me hang our curtain rods at the end to put in all together and ....get this helped us hang our TV. I literally felt like I hit the jackpot with Pinnacle and Jeff and his crews.  I consider them not only professionals but friends and ones with great delivery.

If you want someone honest, fun, dedicated, responsive, trustworthy and relentless to deliver a quality product....stop reading and start contacting Pinnacle Construction Group. Ask for Jeff and you're welcome.  I was not paid to write this. Just felt quality work deserved a quality review!

Lance and Jeff were amazing! Both of them made me feel like family, and I was always at ease throughout the entire process. The remodel on my home could of been a very stressful situation, but these gentlemen made it ""simple and easy"". Will def. use this crew again for my next upgrade on my house.
