Absolutely awful, after my reroof done by puente roofing now Pine Roofing i had a small leak. Contacted the company for over a year and kept getting the roundabout. Do not recommend company, has reported to best business bureau. Please they will not respond to any requests after they receive their money do not use.

I was afraid of making business with Puente Roofing because of the bad review they have, but I have to give credits to them because they deserved it. They were very professionals, they finished my roof in less than a month, they always answer the phone when I called them, the price was unbeatable, and they made sure to clean before leaving. Overall, I am very pleased for the job they did.

Puente Roofing - We dealt with Nelson Romero with Puente Roofing. We read the negative reviews for Puente Roofing in Miami, but not sure if this is the same company. Puente Roofing in Palm Beach Gardens was very responsive to our roofing problem. We had a leak in the roof and Nelson set up an appointment for 8:00am was on time in fact, he was early. By 12:00n that same day he had his crew up on our roof repairing our leak. He and his crew were very professional and told us if we had any further issues with the roof to contact them immediately and it would be taken care of it. We were more than satisfied with the service we were provided and will be sure to recommend his services to our friends and families.

Run, do not do business with these people. they are the most unreliable, unprofessional contractor I have ever worked with.

I hired Puentes to replace a roof in my house. They were quick to give me a quote. once I signed the quote, it took three weeks just for them to pull the permits.

It took over a month or constant follow up and phone calls and missed appointments to finally get some one to start the job.

The crew showed up around 10:00 AM and could not finish the job in one day like they said they would. I has been a week and they have not returned. All the garbage is still in my yard and the job is still not finished. To make matters worse they removed some tiles from the roof and now I have water coming in that area.

If I could give ZERO stars but one is the lowest rating allowed by yelp

Do not do business with these people! Don't be fooled by how they appear to be professional, they will give you a professional quote but their work is definitely not top notch. They only pick up the phone when you owe them money so you can forget about that so called 7 year warranty they offer. It's crap! I am in the business of home repair and I have done two projects with this company and both times my experience has been less than satisfactory. When things go wrong and you have paid in full, the owner becomes impossible to reach. This company is the exact reason why business in Miami get a bad name. Don't get fooled and left in the rain with a leaky roof. Much better options out there.
