Chris did some work around my parents house. He replaced the roof, but it started leaking during the last rain. She finally got to talk to him after a few attempt. But he hasn't shown up to fix the roof. She still has a warranty, but now has to pay someone else to do the work. My parents are elderly and shouldn't be taken advantage of! Definitely call someone else!
