Pin Roofing did a great job from beginning to end. Any issues were promptly attended to and corrected. Communication between the company and homeowner was excellent. The crews that did the work were efficient and diligent. The crews were very quiet. No loud music or conversations. The crews were extremely neat and polite. The crews cleaned up at the end of each day. This was the neatest construction crew that has ever worked on our home. Pin Roofing did an excellent job on a roof that was approximately 30 years old and was not leaking. This was my family home that I now rent, but I have great sentimental value and want to maintain it in good shape. They were honest and gave me a great estimate and were on time with the start and completion of the job. They sent me a video of the roof when completed. I was able to select from many different choices of tiles and colors. They were neat and I had no complaints from any of the neighbors about noise or mess. They came highly recommended from my property manager and I can see why after hiring them. Norma, who was the office manager I believe, was great in communicating with me and keeping me updated on any questions. I highly recommend them!

They went out of their way to accommodate my immediate need for roof repair/replacement prior to a heavy rain that was predicted. From the crew to the office staff everyone was so helpful and professional. We were in need of repairs to a patio and carport roof. As I was researching local roofing companies on local FB pages and asking friends and neighbors, Pin Roofing came highly recommended and I can see why. They are punctual, they have great customer service, did a fantastic job and were CLEAN. When they were finished you would have never know they were there. They made sure there were no nails in the driveway and no debris.

I got 3 estimates for my roof. The skylights were leaking during the heavy rains. PIN had the best estimate and best time frame. Everyone I spoke to was professional and caring. I didn't feel rushed. On the contrary I felt like each person did the best to explain each part of the process in a professional and kind manner, answering even the silliest of questions. Before deciding on a roofer I picked out skylights that I liked but I wasn't sure if they could get them or if they would be too expensive. I was willing to settle for the standard skylights. Cecilia went above and beyond to find the skylights, had the custom ordered to make the ""customer happy."" She kept the price intact. I was blown away by the service, I felt like I was treated as a VIP customer. On all counts I rave about them, from the first time meeting the estimator, Eduardo, to the staff over the phone, speaking with Cecilia, and the crew that did the work. They ended up having to re-do my roof due to other circumstances and did the work in 2 days flat, started the work 2 weeks ahead of scheduled and, you know what? They cleaned up after themselves. Nothing but good things from this roofer and I highly recommend them!

We have utilized Pin Roofing in multiple occassions including two full roof replacement and they have never disspointed us. This last project involved installing some low profile roof vents and also to water proof the newly installed exhaust pipes on an ADU and they did a great job. Pin Roofing is an amazing company!!! Have known Richard now probably 15 years, my respects for this honorable, kind, honest, caring and sweet man. As well as Maria who I miss now, but Adriana has also been very knowledgeable and friendly. We have our roofs checked once a year to keep them in the best condition and have also used them to redo roofs , this year will be using them for a new roof. Absolutely the best company!!!
