They were thorough and efficient, and went above and beyond. I've literally had 2 people stop and ask me who did my roof. We're super happy we went with Pietronico A++. We'd recommend them over and over again.

Good luck trying to contact this company. I've called and left messages, texts, and Yelp messages and no response. Hate to see what would happen if work was done and needed to talk to someone. If you're too busy to give an estimate, at least respond and say that. Well I guess they don't need the business right now.

This company did work on my house for a leak. It came back even worse. Called and called the company & finally got a call back Friday. They were scheduled to come this morning between 8 -9am. No show or call. Called the company, no call back. Left a google review on his FB page and they owner started debating me immediately. Said the work was 2 years old and he only guarantees it for 1 year. This job cost $1,000! Then pretty much called me a liar and said he never set an appointment. He was on speaker! My husband sat right next to me and heard the conversation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Sorry, you get one star and you did not even come to my house. I called you on three different occasions for assistance and left two messages. I spoke to Glen or someone at the listed number and he said, did you leave a message and I informed that I did. He told me be patient and he would get back to me. He seemed to be upset that I had actually called again. Well, I waited and no return call. I even left a message explaining that I have a leak that needs to be fixed quickly and if you were too busy could you recommend someone. Still no return call. I called numerous places as well. I happened to see a review which appeared around the time I had been looking to find that when someone else called they dropped everything to go help (the previous review). Be honest and if you do not have the time then say so I would respect it. I am no longer patient and will not call again.

I live in a fairly new housing development in Beaumont. The roof began to leak into my garage. I called over 10 different roofing companies with little to no response. Most places didn't want to bother with a repair, preferring full roofing jobs.
Glen at Pietronico came out and quoted me a very fair estimate.
His office kept me updated regularly as to availability. When his crew came out they were quick, efficient and very courteous. They left after 2 hours. They did an excellent job and should the need arrive, I will call them first.
I heartily recommend this company for their very good work!

I called Pietronico after seeing them do some work on my neighbors roof. I had a few cracked tiles and some torn or sun dried/exposed paper underneath. I got quotes from other roofers who claimed that they would have to remove all of my concrete tiles from the peak of my roof down to the effected areas at a cost of about $5,000. Long story short I knew spot patches were common and I was getting dishonest quotes. Glenn (owner) came out to my house quoted me a fraction of the cost to replace my tiles and paper. Great response, friendly, fair pricing, and honors a handshake.

We had the absolute best experience working with Pietronico Roofing Solutions! I was hesitant to use them, as their estimate was substantially lower than others. Glenn Pietronico came out with his crew, led by his son, Nate. They were so punctual, you could set a clock by their arrival time. They got right to work removing our old roof. I was so impressed by the fact that they carefully cleaned up every single day. These guys worked so hard, even in the miserable heat. They were all courteous and a pleasure to work with. I took Glenn's advice on the color and our new roof looks fabulous. Nate will be back to make sure that Vivant properly re-installs our solar panels. I highly recommend this company! Wish I could give them ten stars.

They provided me a fair and reasonable bid and once the work began, Nate and his crew were always on-time, professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. I had an entire re-roof on my house (including the installation of new sheathing) and have been so pleased with the final work product. I refer Glenn to all my family and friends now!
