While Billy and/or Tammy Blair owned IDS Property Solutions, their employees damaged areas of my home, did not finish repairing my home, and took $500 allotted for my cabinet, without replacing the cabinet. I have tried for over a year to resolve this matter, including repeated conversations with Billy Blair. In the meantime, The name was changed to Piedmont Construction Consultants. The phone numbers I have for IDS Property Solutions have been passed on to employees of Piedmont Construction Consultants. If this is truly the same company, under one or both of these owners, I would beware. This was a HORRIBLE experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I was told 6 weeks to complete the project from beginning to end. They had not even STARTED half of the project by that time. I was forced to live in a small, upstairs bedroom throughout the holidays. Even worse, it was the first thanksgiving and Christmas in my newly purchased home.
I have hundreds of text messages, voicemails, photos, and conversations both before and after the name change. Yet, Mr. Blair has refused to respond at this point. Even if I can't get a favorable resolution out of this, I'm hoping I can save at least one more homeowner from enduring the agony of this company.
