Put new roof on after hailstorm. They said they would need to come in house at the beginning of day, and at the end, to get up in attic. So I arranged to take dogs to dog spa for a day. They never came in. Not only was that a waste, they broke our Easter sign in half (stuck half in V of nearby tree), knocked a downspout loose, left our yard figurines where they moved them, left one of our patio chairs in the back part of the yard, knocked ceiling drywall loose where I heard them dropping shingle bundles on roof (guess its my problem if critters get in), and didn't run magnet in street where their trash trailer & other vehicles had been parked, so I got to pickup a lot of nails. Hope I got them all. Lastly, when I spoke to them about the sign they asked how much, I said $10, they asked if I had venmo, I said no, that was 4 days ago. They know all the issues but clearly don't care. Haven't seen or heard from them. I emailed them day of job - nothing. Followed up with phone call couple days later, had venmo discussion via text that day & now 4 days later writing this review to warn people how little this company cares about it's customers.

Sometimes things happen and not every transaction can be without flaws. It is the resolution that separates a good company from a great company. I want to thank Randy and Jose at Pickle for going above and beyond to meet customer needs. For that, I am very appreciative.

I have used Pickle on three different occasions to repair a previous company's job. Each repair held and no longer did I have an issue. A recent hailstorm brought the need to have a whole new roof installed and I did not hesitate to contact Pickle. Travis came out to the house and walked the roof and then presented a solid estimate for this. They are a preferred roofer for my insurance company so this worked seamlessly from repair thru payment. Randy Pickle stopped by on the morning of the roof installation to make sure I did not have any questions. Travis, Juan, Frank, and McDowell also were there throughout the day to help with any questions and to be sure everything was going well. A special shout-out to Barb in their office who was available to respond to billing questions and payment. All and all this was a fantastic experience! I highly recommend them!!!

I chose Pickle Roofing because of the people that work there. From the initial contact through the entire project. It is rare that you find a team that delights you, but Pickle Roofing did just that. From Barb who helped me schedule a quote and then the actual work, to Frank the Supervisor, to Frank the on-site foreman, to The President himself. This crew was awesome. I did apply 50!year shingles instead of the 30 year version. The job site was cleaned at the end of the day. But it never looked bad. Definitely recommend this team.

Excellent service and treated me like family. If you have any questions just call them and they will take the time to find out your needs and answer all of your questions. Hail damage in Texas is a constant battle but Pickle Roofing will be there after the storm to protect your home. Seriously I can't say enough about how professional and timely they were.

I love Pickle Roofing Solutions! I have written very few reviews but I feel compelled to write one for this incredible company. Our excellent experience with Pickle Roofing Solutions started with the office staff. They were very helpful! We didn't meet a single employee who didn't seem to care about our happiness. The integrity and professionalism of everyone really blew us away. What could've been a complicated process was easy and stress free. And our roof looks great! Highly recommend this company!
