Can you give no stars? I have called probably over 20 times with no returned calls, Jack has done some roof work right after I closed on my house. It is now leaking on the outside, I have been requesting a call to discuss what was done and provide appropriate documentation as well as evaluation of the portentously new issue.

Well still awaiting his call back. UNREAL how a company with today's technology be so unprofessional.

I am was very impressed with Pickerill Roofing. They were on time, honest, and did great work! In this day and age it is refreshing to work with a company like Pickerill, that has integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

I phoned these guys a half a dozen times and no one ever answered. They finally returned a call -- to my work number on a Sunday morning. No customer service, no business from me.

Similar experience to others. Rain was coming. Left message Friday 8AM, didn't get back to me till Tuesday AM.

Balled me out for letting Fumigators walk on roof and having pest guys replace the sheathing. They did the inspection and didn't even mention that the sheathing needed replacing. Not sure what I did wrong.

They may do great work, but I'll never know. No thanks.

I called these guys three times over a four week period and left my return phone number but they never called me back. All I ever got was their answer machine. I guess they have all the business they can handle. They will never get mine.

We hired Pickerill Bros to do two patches on our roof. Their employee couldn't find the second patch on the roof, so instead of calling me, they just went home. A few days later, they called to tell me they didn't do the second patch and would come back as soon as possible to finish the job. Lo and behold, they did not show up to finish the job for two weeks!

Here's the kicker - not only did they charg us an extra 100 bucks for the second trip, (for a patch job that should have been done the first time), four months later I'm on my roof cleaning the gutters and notice that they NEVER DID THE SECOND PATCH JOB!

RUN from this company as fast as you can.

These are the guys to go to! Answered initial call quickly and promised to be out within two days...which they did. The job required replacement of new concrete tiles and with rain predicted, they sealed the spots to avoid any further damage until tiles could be purchased and replaced. They had a break in the weather the next day and completed the job. The owner came out to help seal before the rain with his co-worker and were able to avoid any further damage. They were both over and above in the customer service arena. Quick, competent and explained every move from start to finish. You guys are so honest.....So great to have outstanding people to perform the work. Thanks Jack and Rigo...Kudos to both of you.

What a joke! We had a roof inspection for a home sale. The guy finished his inspection and I catch him urinating on the side of my home. He was extremely rude during the confrontation. He said he has done that several times due to prostate issues. Stay away from this company

Just like others said. They only returned my call a week later. No thank you. I would't do business with them after that. Doesn't sound very reliable.

We had small problem with water running down the wrong side of the gutter. I asked for a recommendation from a neighbor - long time resident who was also the real estate agent who sold us the house. He unequivocally recommended Pickerill Brothers. They came and provided a written estimate, that included removing roofing tiles, cleaning out the dirt that has accumulated where the roof lines joined, and putting back the original tiles. I came home the next day and I could not tell where they had actually worked. But when the rains came, it was clear they had done their job correctly and inexpensively. These guys know their business and do fine work. I have since recommended them to 2 other neighbors who were also impressed.
