I have now had two jobs completed by Phoenix Roofing & Solar over a two year period. The first job was to fix a leaking roof. The second job a few days ago was to install attic ventilation for a garage I just insulated. I'm most impressed with their consistency over the last two years and their willingness to take on small jobs in addition to larger ones. The service was top notch. The pricing was transparent, they showed up as scheduled and completed the work as scheduled. I interacted with the employees on each job and both times they were a pleasure to work with. Everyone communicates very well and is willing to answer my questions. They really care about what the customer wants. They have a great attention to detail and go the little extra that sets them apart. Highly recommended!

I had just moved and purchased a home and wanted to do solar and when the solar company came out they said we unfortunately need a new roof before solar. I called a few places and Phoenix was the only company that was willing to work with me and help me finance it. They gave me my options for what we wanted. They came out first thing in the morning earlier than scheduled and starting working into the night and got it done in a very short amount of time and they were even working in the rain. Before they started on the roof they had even came out multiple times to patch the roof for me in the meantime (shingles flying off due to winds and heavy rain). They were able to bundle the solar and the roof for me and it was a huge relief of stress (still waiting on solar to be activated) but the roof looks great and they helped me out with passing the inspection due to some AC work that was needed. They have kept me informed throughout the entire process and will definitely recommend them for any roofing needs thumbs up to Andrew, Billy,Eddie, and Michelle for their amazing customer service

Very pleased with process from start to finish. The roof and gutters are gorgeous. They started a day earlier then planned at my request on extremely short notice and finished as promised. My only complaint was they did not forewarn me my garage would be messy. I had the door shut during the work and did not realize how bad it was until they left. Luckily my car was not in there. I highly recommend their company.

We recently had our 35 year old wood shingle roof replaced. We choose Phoenix Roofing after getting several bids. Initially we choose Phoenix because of Mario, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Once our job began on schedule as promised every employee that worked on our job was very friendly and helpful. They made sure and cleaned up daily. Our job had a few unusual components and they handled each of them no problem. We have gotten many compliments on our all black roof. I highly recommend Phoenix Roofing!!!!

I recently had Phoenix Roofing perform roof repairs at my house, and also install a new roof on a rental. They got the job done quickly when I couldn't even get most other companies to return my calls. The finished job looks great, and is leak-free! Mario was very responsive, and answered all my questions. The employees doing the work explained everything in detail, and were very nice about it. Didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time. Phoenix Roofing was recommended to me by a friend, and I am happy to also recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.

Really disappointed in their lack of professionalism & customer courtesy. Scheduled an estimate, took time off of work to provide access & discuss issue with whomever was going to be conducting the estimate. Received a call from roofer less than 1 hour before my scheduled appointment to cancel due to lack of man power & the only reason they called was because we called to confirm this morning. Not cool! Just lost our potential business & spreading the word on social media sites to avoid these guys. Going elsewhere!
