Phoenix Exteriors demonstrated a lack of supervision and integrity while repairing my roof. They sent a crew out without proper instructions resulting in a damaged patio roof that they were unauthorized to repair.

I couldn't verify they knew what they were suppose to do because
of their inability to speak English. They later tried to deflect blame on a reputable company's previous job and made untrue statements about action undertaken to correct the problem.

Dakota, Pete, Gus and Misti [as well as a few others] all helped to make our experience an incredible one! Phoenix Exteriors is one of the best contractor's we have ever used, and they have such extraordinary people who make them a top-notch organization that is second to none. While we hope to not need a new roof anytime soon, we will be sure to tell all our family, friends, and neighbors about Phoenix Exteriors.

I had a great experience with this company on roof replacement. When the insurance company came back with their first proposal not replacing the entire roof due to hail damage, Dylan worked with me and the company to get the claim proposal revised to cover the entire roof. Everything Dylan ever said to me was accurate. The job was finished faster than promised and every indication so far is that it was well done.

What an awesome company! They replaced our roof damaged by an awful storm, better than expected. I know after a storm roofing companies are swamped, but this company was able to help us with our insurance needs as well as help choose a better roof for our home, in a timely manner. We are pleased with the outcome, price and the attitude of their friendly staff. Misty in the main office was very helpful?. She sent out a salesman to measure right away. They even spared our landscape! Great job! I definitely give them a 5-star? rating and would recommend or use them again.
