Phoenix Exteriors was very helpful and made the entire roof replacement process very simple, even helping to deal with the insurance company and nudging the HOA to approve the work when they dragged their feet.
They were very clear about the process and products used, and answered my questions to my satisfaction.
They helped coordinate the installation of a solar panel solution and made sure everything was timed well and completed on time. They were responsive and flexible when I needed to reschedule because of the above mentioned slow HOA approval. They started tearing off the old shingles as I was leaving for work, and they were finished and gone by the time I got back.
The project manager I started with left the company before the work was completed, but the person who took over did so quite seamlessly.
They have some attractive financing options, but I choose to do it all through insurance and cash.
Overall, a much better experience than I was dreading a roof replacement and solar install would be.

The company has been very helpful throughout the whole process of getting the roof replaced with solar panels on. It's a whole process I was not tracking and they helped immensely with it all. After recent storm with a tornado houses away from my own. The roof held up well. I reached out to them and provided me with what I needed for my insurance and solar company. Sadly a few panels did not survive the debris thrown at it.
