I called a total of 5 roofing repair companies to get a quote and only got 2 calls back. The other company quoted me a really high price to repair 2 broken tiles and Phillips Roofing's Gavin quoted me half the price to replace. What a huge difference!! Wow!!

If you have roof leaking issue and would like to have someone who knows what he is doing to fix the leak, Gavin Phillips is the man and I would highly recommend him.

During the storms in Jan 2018, my roof had some leaks. I called several roofing companies. Some are too busy to schedule any visit within 2 weeks. One company sent a contractor to do the inspection, but you can tell he does not know what he is doing. Luckily Phillips returned my call within the same day and quickly scheduled a visit within 2 days. After thorough inspection, he quickly identified the issue and explained to me the reason. Even though this is my first experience with him, it is apparent that he knows what he is talking about and therefore I decided to let him do the repair. He scheduled the repair quickly with reasonable price.

I am so glad that I had Phillips do the repair, as the roof does not leak anymore during the new storms in March 2018.

We had leakage from last year. Gavin came to my house and inspected roof. After inspection, he gave recommendation to find the right spot since the area is too large and would cost big money to uncover and find it. He didn't charge anything for this effort.

Gavin was recommended by another roofer to do some dryrot repair on my tile roof. Gavin was prompt, gave written estimate with competitive pricing. As he began the work he came down and showed me come pictures of the tar paper under the tiles (bleached and cracked!) and, knowing I was having solar installed, we decided to redo the roof. Again a quick, written estimate and he went straight back to work after ordering the materials for a re-roof. He completed the roof in the time he had estimated for the dry rot repair, Left the area completely clean after each day of work.
