I think this man is a farm of a scammer beware of James Philips hire him to do my kitchen flooring wile breaking up the tiles he damage my refrigerator with so huge dent i also notice my stove have some dent on it and my nob broken off .my floor became a hazard To Me and my family now every time we walk in the kitchen we trip on the flooring because of how uneven the flooring is and when you walk on the flooring it moves under your feet .we give jame $12hundred dollars to start the job he took our money and didn't come ontill over a week after he already dig our flooring up he is very very very very unprofessional. Very combative. When point the problem with the job he have so much story to tell you. He told me he would fix my refrigerator. He didn't what he did send is working in my refrigerator to for serial number I told him I did not appreciate that and he returned reply in a text message and tell me how ridiculous I am for a stranger to go in my fridge looking for something he should have asked for is very creepy and disrespectful and crossing the line I hope I don't have to give him star he is horrible he is a fake contractor you don't know s*** what he's doing he is fake as hell 404 271 0907 sorry I didn't do a review on this fake contractor before I give him my $2,200 lesson learned

I wish I would have read the previous reviews on this and other forums before retaining this contractor. Mr. Phillips demanded 90% up front, clearly did not have the expertise he claimed to have, then disappeared off the job once paid before finishing. My home was left in total disarray. When I called him to return, he called me ridiculous, and said he would happily part ways (as of course he was already paid). VERY unprofessional. and unpleasant experience.

Mr. James Philips replaced the gutters on my house. All the work was done in a timely fashion, in one day. On the day of work he came by to see if the workmen had ""touch-up"" paint and other accessories. They held up a bag as if it was all there. After the job was done I discovered there was no touch-up paint left with me. The satin white was a special order so I called and texted over the next several weeks to get the manufacturers paint. After a lot of excuses (several weeks worth of putting me off) he finally told me the manufacturer does not provide touch-up paint.
I asked for the manufacturer's contact information and told him that I would take it from there. He refused, many times. He called me ridiculous and told me to get my own paint. And I would, but he won't give me the name of the manufacturer so that I could get the matching paint.
