I would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. My husband and I have owned homes for the past 6 years and Phenix Remo has been the best service we have ever had!

1) Communication was excellent! Brien returned our phone calls promptly. They had an WhatsApp channel for our construction to streamline communication.
2) The team knows their stuff! They not only fixed the issue we had, but also put measures in place to prevent future roofing and stucco issues.
3) The construction crew was professional. They cleaned up after every day. They were respectful when on our property.
4) The pricing was fair. In our situation, we had a lot of remodeling on the exterior of our home. They talked through cost at each phase. They helped us decide the best option for us financially as well as trying to prevent future damage to our home. Some things cost more but reduces the chance of future damage.

I recommend working with Phenix Remo and Roofing RGV if working on housing construction. We required roofing repairs, structural water damage repairs, and stucco repairs. All work was great! The total project took a couple weeks, but that was primarily driven by finding new issues during the initial phase (which we expected). Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

We hired Phenix to expand our covered patio and turn it into a screen porch. Brian, the owner, came by the next day to review to job and when we gave him our budget, he made it happen.
The project began within the week and was completed a week later. His crew showed up promptly every morning, was respectful and left the site neat and tidy every evening.
All of our questions and concerns were addressed immediately and we could not be more thrilled with the result!
Price wise, they are not the cheapest, nor are they over the top. Quality work, and pride are reflected in Brian's attention to details; even installing a pet door for us.
We highly recommend Phenix and Brian!

The wind blew the fascia off my roof the other night, and I went to another repair company who did not show up when they said they would and who quoted a ridiculous price to do the job. After searching Yelp reviews, I found Phoenix and Brian, who responded quickly. He had me send pictures of the work, gave me a ballpark estimate, and showed up when he said he would. He got the job done, and I was so happy that I planned to use the company for more jobs. I cannot give higher praise for Brian and Phoenix. Call them for your needs.

Had them remodel an office And replace the floor in ceramic tile and create a wall for storage and shelving. The work was professional and done under budget and in a timely fashion. I've had this company complete several projects and I highly recommend them for any home/business projects.

My wife and I moved to Texas from California. Yippee..... Texas is awesome compared to California. I will miss the California weather but I don't miss the California drama, the freeway traffic jams, the shootings or all the dang regulations.

No more smog checks for any of my vehicles anymore. We were blessed to purchase a new home in Tres Lagos (Great Community). I have learned rather quickly that Texas and California really do business differently.

In California when you call to have something done on your home the business your working with will come to your residence and get started with the job you have asked quotes for if you agree on their terms.

The business will normally arrive on time because they really want your business. If the business will not arrive on time they will call you and tell you they will be delayed or they can't come.

I've learned here. ""In the Valley,"" that ""some"" businesses you call, come to your home or they don't. I've had several appointments be cancelled at the last minute by the vendor or the vendor in question just did not show up at all. No call. No nothing.

This is my experience. Your experience may be totally different but so far I have seen a laid back approach when it comes to the Valley and ""some businesses"" coming on time as promised.

When we moved into the area a neighbor recommended I get rain gutters installed on my home as soon as possible. Normally I wouldn't think anything about rain or rain gutters.

I'm from California. It never rains in southern California. I experience my first rain storm here in the Valley. Holy Crap. I thought Noah's Ark was coming down the street. It was actually pretty cool.

I loved it but the rain storms I have seen so far are no joke. I'm not familiar with the area so I always go to Yelp for assistance in these matters. That is were I found Phenix Remo and Roofing RGV.

The owner, Brian, gave me a reasonable rate and time on when the job could be completed. Brian actually brought a company to mu home called Done-Rite Seamless Gutters. Brian and Ricardo arrived at my home on time.

I'll say it again. ""They arrived on time as promised."" The work conducted by Ricardo (Saenz) and his work crew was professional, and exquisite. The job was completed on time and on the same day.

This Ricardo guy reminded me of Lou Ferrigno. I had to send my wife in the house a few times because she was coming out to look at Ricardo a little too much:).

Back to business. All kidding aside. Awesome job by all. I was given a fair price and was given a quality product. I then asked Brian if he could put an epoxy covering on my garage floor.

This guy Brian does everything. Again, Brian showed up on time and found someone to help him do the job. I also have to say, I called Brian at the last minute (on a Friday) for my garage floor project because the epoxy company I called originally flaked on the day they were suppose to arrive (I wont mention that company).

The epoxy coating Brian applied to my garage floor looked like a glass mirror (Brian showed up on Saturday the next day). If you want quality service and someone who will show up on time and do a great job, call Brian. If Brian can't do the job, Brian will find someone who can.

If Brian is running late or can't arrive on time as promised, Brian will definitely call you and keep you informed.

As a customer that is all we ever want from any business. Keep us informed, do the job as quoted, and do a great job. What makes Brian so special is his work ethic and the service he provides.

Brian puts your project first. If Brian can't do the job he will find someone who can. That is customer service at it's best.
