My roof looks great! Phase One did everything they said they were going to do. Timely, polite, neat(clean up was great). Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and answer all my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We just used Steve Andrews with Phase One Roofing. He went absolutely above and beyond expectations from day one. He came out and inspected the roof, came back when our insurance adjuster was here and walked the entire roof with her, even pointing out that our outdoor heaters had taken a hit and would probably need replacing (which they did.) Then, the adjuster, Steve, and I all sat down and discussed the process in detail and the two of them walked me through all of the paperwork. We received a check from our insurance a couple of days later, and Steve and his crew immediately started work. In a single day they completed our 3000 sq ft house, cleaned up meticulously, and did so with smiles on their faces. Truly a crew of super respectful, nice guys who did a really great job. A couple of days later, Steve came back to do a final walk-around and pick up the few little bits of shingle, etc the clean up crew missed. It was truly one of the most positive experiences I've had with a home services company and I'm delighted to be able to recommend them. They can be reached at: 281-350-9100. And, I should mention, we didn't end up having to pay a penny over our deductible, and with the reimbursement for our outdoor patio heaters, even paid a bit less. Highly, highly recommended!

I was very pleased with the work done by Phase One Roofing: we signed the contract for fixing my roof in the morning and by 4pm they finished a very good job. For a very decent price they fixed a roof leak and replaced all the roof pipe vents. Thank you again!
