I rent a duplex and my landlord went with Petrashishin Roofing to reroof the entire duplex, I don't know the financial side of this but Petrashishin Roofing was very professional, Sergey (owner) let us know what was going on about how long it will take they cleaned up all around the duplex everyday before they went home. 5star!

We hired Petrashishin roofing company after a tree had hit our house and we found slight water damage in our garage. We had a quote for the roof damage, a few broken tiles, and new flashing to be replaced. As the work got done it ended up being over a week longer than expected because of severe damage that was not anticipated. We were not charged any extra amount for all the extra work that had to be done to repair it and our roof is now functioning wonderfully. I offered extra money several times since so much damage was underlying our lifetime roof that was not thought to have any problems with it. They would not except any extra money and worked quickly and thoroughly to repair our roof completely. I would highly recommend Petrashishin roofing company to anyone. They have great prices, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service.

Company owner Sergey Petrashishan demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to excellence throughout the project. He takes pride in his work and the cost was comparable to other companies (actually his bid came in lower), including repair of some dry rot and previous structural damage. We had seen them complete another roof on our street and were impressed. So glad we went with them!
