I had a leak this year in my TH called Petito roofing and they came out and fixed it, charged me. Still leaking, called them again, came out again, charged me AGAIN. STILL leaking. Had to call another company as they said it came from my AC. Had AC checked and they said it was not the AC.
STILL leaking!! Called another independent contractor who came out and fixed the problem.
They would not even acknowledge that they never fixed the problem and still charged me twice!! AWFUL

I hired Petito roofing to do some repair because we were selling the house and it was required after the inspection to do some roof repair. Petito roofing did a lousy job, the insurance company did not accept the repair. I had to hire another company to do the job. What a waste of money. I do not recommend Petito Roofing to anybody, never have had such a bad experience. Stay away.

I would highly recommend Petito Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof or for repairs that need to be done at their home. They were very professional, fast, efficient and very clean with their work. I can not thank Petito enough for giving me a brand new roof.

Petito Roofing is a great company to work with! They are professional, quick to respond, and their prices are fair. Petito Roofing put a new roof on our house in 2008 and it still looks amazing! They do an excellent job, whether it's a new roof installation or just a roof repair. We had our roof pressure cleaned (by a totally different company) and the mortar on some roof tiles came loose and fell off. Petito Roofing was out to our house quickly and took care of the repairs for a fair price. I would definitely recommend Petito Roofing!!

I just had my flatroof replaced on my home and Petito Roofing did a great job. They were very informative on the work that was to be done, the start date and they kept me updated due to weather changes. Their workers were courteous and kept the area free of any debris. Danny was in constant communication with me every step of the process. His crews took pride in cleaning up after each day of work. I would definitely recommend this roofing company. Also had an opportunity to be there when the structural inspector was checking the work he told me this is a very good job.

We hired them a year ago to fix what we were told was cracked fascia on our roofing which was causing a wall leak down a wall to a window. The two stars are for the gentleman who came and did the estimate. He was polite, respectful, and the estimate was a fair price for the work. Not scammy, not ripping me off.

The guys who showed up and did the work were fine. Nothing particularly good or bad to say.

The quality of the work and the customer service afterwards were AWFUL. When we called after the problem that was supposed to be fixed resurfaced, they said they sent someone out, and then never called to say if they did, or what they found. I had to call THEM to hear ""oh yeah, we don't warranty our work,"" ""we don't do window leaks"" but also ""we'll come out and give you a price to fix your window"" (how can you do that if you don't repair window leaks? And we didn't call you for a window leak!), to get LAUGHED AT on the phone and hung up on. We wrote, we called, we talked to the owner, and he backed up everything that his people had said and done. At the end of the day, they took money to make a repair that wasn't necessary and then got to treat myself and my husband like fools when we tried to get it done right.

I waited a full year to write this to make sure I wasn't in the heat of the moment. We are STILL in the process of fixing what they failed to repair. I would go elsewhere.

The response below states that they warranty their work for a year. We were told verbally and IN WRITING that they would not. STAY AWAY. Two stars is now one star.

My roof was installed 2006. I had them out 6 times for repairs, leaks kept happening. One evening during a heavy rain it was raining in my house! They came out for the 6th time and they finally cut roof to find the leak instead of just assuming where the leak was occurring. I leak did not come from where they thought, after talking it their employee Rick found the correct area and reason for leak. I have a video that I asked to record of him where he states that the flashing was installed improperly and it has caused severe damage in my home. They are taking no responsibility. Willing to share video.
