I don't live in California anymore, and I don't even own my own home, but I do have a California number. Chris from Peterson Roofing started sending me text message spam a few weeks ago and I haven't been able to get him to stop. Very unprofessional.

We sold our home. Buyers asked for a roof inspection which they paid for.
Ben did an inspection on our roof, told the buyers we have a 50 year roof in excellent condition, we have a Presidential 40 yr roof that was installed 15 years ago. Then Peterson Roofing turns around and charges us $550 for a 2 year roof certification and repairs to our roof (which MUST be done by a certified contractor) which consisted of Ben coming back to hammer a few nails and some caulking. Ben was at our house maybe 45 minutes (wish I made that kind of money). And our house couldn't close escrow unless we pay for these ""repairs""!! What a Ripoff,
gets paid from the Buyers and the Sellers!

In my opinion they're very unprofessional, they didn't show up for a simple appointment/estimate for a bid on a roofing job. My money spends just us good somewhere else.

Ben and his crew were very professional and responsive from the start! They were prompt on answering questions in a way that I could understand, and even though they found more dry rot than I would have liked them to, I feel confident knowing that they inspected everything thoroughly and repaired it appropriately. I can't say enough about this company. We had them inspect our current homes roof in Escalon when we were purchasing it and did a very thorough and professional job! With their inspection they also quoted an extremely reasonable rate for correcting the issues that were found. We had six valleys in our roof that needed to be cleared from the redwoods that's around at our house and they did an amazing job when I arrive back home you could not even tell they were there when just three hours prior I stopped in to see how it was going and there was a lot of debris on the ground as to be expected but again when I arrived home that evening my property was spic and span and no trace of them even being there. We would recommend Peterson Roofing to anybody looking for a fair and honest evaluation or roofing job. We had a home for sale in Valley Springs and the roof inspector that went up for the buyer was not even there 10 minutes and wrote and outrageous quote for repairs and our neighbor said he did not even get out of his pick up truck. I've then requested that Peterson Roofing go out to verify. There was minor issues with the roof but knowing they are fair and professional I had no reservations of their findings and knew for sure it could be trusted As the report was very detailed as well as had pictures just as they did for our home in escalon. I will for Sure be using Peterson Roofing for all of my needs now and in the future.

Quality and Customer care are what these guys are all about. Start to finish my experience with Peterson roofing was too notch. The owner Ben is a super nice guy and very honest. Mike and the crew that worked on my house were some of the most professional individuals I have ever had work on my house. They did great work, very polite and left no mess what so ever. Peterson Roofing recently finished a complete new roof on an older Oakdale home. Very professional, gentlemanly crew who were clean and respectful of our old house. The original quote was quite competitive, even with a lot of dry rot to replace. They did some touch-up of interior paint that flaked near a skylight with dry rot, and made a repair, for free, of an additional property. Ben was knowledgeable, polite, on time, demonstrated integrity, and charged exactly what we had agreed on. No hidden charges or problems. We would recommend them and would hire them for another roofing project. We're very pleased. Thank you, Ben.

Peterson Roofing recently replaced a 25 year old wooden shake shingle roof on a home we had purchased and we couldn't be more pleased. From the very beginning, a quick response with a very competitive price. Planning for the tear off and replacement, coordination with the HVAC company, city permits and quickness of the project was as smooth as it gets.
