We purchard a battery back up for our home in Hidden Vally because of the fires that are happening right now around us. We had to throw away food because of the shut off.

We paid $11,999.00 in July and have been through all of the steps it requires ex: Doxs for battery, doxs for rebate, doxs for permit. And as of today December 6th nothing has been done. One girl says ""waiting for contracter"" another guy says ""that we just started in November"" and it could be done from this date now until next year 2020 month
