I am a commercial property manager. In February, I contracted this roofer to repair roof leaks for three different stores in the same shopping center. After a storm, I contacted this roofer again in March, due to all three stores continuing to have leaks. This vendor claimed that all three stores continued to leak due to different areas of the roof having leak issues. Suffice to say I was not satisfied. I expect that the roof leaks were to be taken care of the first time around, and some type of warranty given. I was invoiced for all jobs twice.
