I hate to leave bad Yelps but this is a bad experience. A year or so ago I bought a house in Trona and my agent was great but the listing agent was in no hurry to close and had to be pushed to get the roof certified. When he finally did it was up to two years and already in my kitchen the ceiling has a major leak. I understand the ADU is not covered but this is the main part of the roof. I contacted Pete as the certification is good for two years. His mailbox is always full and when he finally answered texts he stopped by when I wasn't there to check out the damage. All good and we decided he would come back and get started. That was the end of june. He got back to my texts once since then saying he had a huge project and would get to me when he is done. Well, it'l be rainy soon enough and he blows off my texts. I said if he wasn't going to come thru I would YELP and here it is.

Great! I asked if he can do a job and he comes out the next day! All the other places were too expensive or didn't want any new clients! I told him what I was looking for and he gave me feedback! His workers we neat and on time. He came out and have me an estimate and finished the job within 3 days!! He is great! Text him! Do not call! He does not take credit cards!

Pete Greedy (the owner) is the BEST! I had him tear off 2 layers of shingles and lay down a new layer. When his supplier said they couldn't deliver materials to Ridgecrest as scheduled, he took the time to go to Lancaster and get the materials himself to keep the project moving along and on schedule. He also only uses quality materials so you can trust whatever he's recommending.

A month or so after the job was complete, we had our good first rain. There was a tiny spot in the garage near a vent where water was coming in. I called him and he came over the same day and sealed it up without any fuss (or charges).

I accidentally called him the other day and hung up once I realized my mistake.Even though it'd been a year and a half since the job was completed, he called me back to make sure there weren't any issues with the roof.

Peterbuilt is one of the best priced roofers in town and he's also the most reliable and honest. I'd highly recommend him for any of your roofing needs.
