Edward and his team were very thorough on my claim. They made sure to walk me through the entire process step by step starting with meeting me with the claims adjuster. They were not bullied by the insurance agency trying to cut corners on citing damage and blatantly pointed out the damage they were liable for. Whatever the insurance claims agent was not willing to cover, Pertex and their team were able to get through supplements. The job they did on the roof was fantastic. They were respectful of neighbors. Other roofing companies working on other roofs are hooting a hollering with loud music playing. Not Pertex, they were very professional. I was impressed with the job they did on the gutters, which another roofer did not do the year prior on another claim, wherein one area they bypassed from the foundation being over watered. At first the claims agent was not willing to cover the entire fence and only a number of slats with pressure washing and paint. They were able to get the insurance to cover it. I was unaware of the policy I had so the insurance only covered 30% of it. Pertex was able to take what the insurance gave me and restored the fence instead and did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone skeptical about the 1500 DFW roofing companies to choose from. They have the proper certifications, processes, and practices to get you the best claim from the insurance with quality work.

Although my experience started a bit rough, project manger resigned a day before the start of the roof and canceled my contract, I received a very nice call from the owner apologizing and assigned me a new project manger, Josh Knoff. This young man step in and made everything ""right"".. Quality in the workmanship, materials and employees... Very happy, house looks great I will call them again after the next hail storm.. This company has been contracted to work on my town house and the town houses next to mine. For the last few weeks the place had been covered in trash ranging empty bottles, to trash bags to nails with plastic bottoms that sick up out of the grass where kids and dogs play. Workers have eaten lunch on the lawn and right outside (actually leaning against) our door during the day making my wife very uncomfortable and resulting in us finding cigarettes butts and empty cigarette cartons. Workers have been asked 3 times to clean up after themselves and the place is still trashed. On top of this, the roof job looks shoddy at best. If you hire them, expect a disrespectful crew with loud music and no concept of property, privacy or cleanliness


*****update***** crew has been done for almost two weeks and they left there port-o-potty on the property. No attempt has been made to pick it up


***update 2*** all information posted in this review is truthful and accurate. Port-o-potty was discussed with individual at the company. I should also mention that this review has had several up votes which testified to its accuracy. The company's attempt to deny all responsibility shows the exact opposite of what they claim to be. No ownership was taken during the work period and no ownership is being taken now.
