This is the second time I have used Perry Roofing. I received a great quote, the work was scheduled and performed on time, and the site was cleaned up well. The shingles were quality shingles. I've known Ken Perry for over 30 years. Ken's company is the only roofing company that has installed roofing on the multiple homes that I have owned over the years. I would not use anyone else for my roofing needs. Ken and his crews have always been on time, professionally installed my roofs, taken the extra care needed to clean up all the nails, screws, old shingles, packaging, etc. from around our home(s). From the front office with Carmen Aguilar, to the field supervisor Jessie Aguilar, to the Perry Roofing crews - they are simply the best. Jesse and the crew that replaced our roof and covered our deck/porch
are the most punctual, nice, honest guys I have ever used on a roofing project. We had to replace both asphalt shingles as well as the metal roofing on our deck. The crew said they be here at 7AM and they were right on the money.. The crew of 5 finished the asphalt shingle completely in 4.5 hours and it looks great. The metal roofing took a bit longer due to the availability of materials and reliance on a carpenter to their part of that job. They cleaned up so nicely you would never know they were ever here. Jesse is a great guy to negotiate with. The company is on the BBB list, has a good 7 year warranty and the expertise. I highly recommend them.

I read the reviews below and I did not have that experience. Perry Roofing is a family owned business which is what I liked about the company. I had storm damage in a few spots on my roof. They came out to give an estimate quickly after my inquiry. After accepting, they came out and did the work right away. They did several water tests to insure all was fixed and it was. Didn't have problems after that. It's too bad the others had problems but I had a good experience and would recommend the company. Very nice team too.

I have used Perry Roofing for three roofs on my home. I have always been happy with their site management, back office management and the quality of the result. If you need someone that is savvy in terms of managing the insurance result speak up. The owner Ken Perry has adjuster credentials and knows how to manage the discourse; get a great return on your investment in your insurance. Mr Perry turned around a bad claims result for me by applying what he knows; taught me how things work. I have been so impressed I have been referring them to customer of mine who have had roof related water losses and the result is always the same.

Rating! I would go with a negative number if it were available. Had Perry Roofing replace my roof 2 years ago. Just a few months into Warranty, an area above my kitchen leaked. I called, and called - I finally had to go through the Better Business Bureau to get Mr. Perry's attention. It took over 3 months to get someone out here. Thought all was fixed. Then, during Harvey, same spot leaked. I called and I called -- finally reached Carmen. She said, so sorry, but, would not do anything about it. Reached Mitchell, he was on a LARGE job in Florida, couldn't help me. Ran into a Perry Roofing worker at Lowe's in Port Arthur, Texas and explained the situation and that I needed a call back from Mr. Perry. That was over 4 days ago and I haven't heard from anyone. I have a great $8000 roof that's warranty doesn't hold water just like the roof he put on my house. Kathy S.

Very poor quality employees with no real knowledge of roofing or insurance or how the process should smoothly go. Reneged on estimates after another company was going to beat them. False representation of deals and the owner apparently doesn't even have a license to operate in Texas. He is borrowing it from his business buddy in Arkansas or some other state. Marco doesn't know anything about roofing other than which side of the shingle faces up, lol. ANYONE is better off using a different, more reliable company.

When we bought our home 4 years ago, the previous owner hired Perry Roofing to put on a new roof. The customer service was outstanding then, as I worked with them to pick out roof material, etc. About a month after installation, there was a leak where the flashing by one of the vent pipes wasn't sealed properly (which is why there are 4 stars instead of 5). They came right out and immediately fixed it without questions. With these latest torrential rains (4 years later, mind you), there was a leak at another vent pipe. They came right out within 24 hours of my call, and fixed it without hesitation. And the young man also refused my tip. Their customer service has been outstanding and I would definitely use them again.
