Went by their Northgate address and it was closed and empty. I do believe this business has gone out of business. If anyone knows how I'm going to pay my bill or who I get my solar turned on by please let me know. Try to call them for 2 weeks and nothing happened so I went by their address.

I signed my contract in June 2023. My job was finally finished. I thought in March of this year almost a whole year later I still am not up and running and it is now July I call and call and nobody answers or returns my calls I've been working with the manufacturer and they've done as much as they could on their end but they need to have an installer come out to my house and finish whatever's necessary to get me up and running. I am paying monthly on my loan for this project and the utility company. This was not what I signed up for in June 2023. I am not happy. I need to have somebody contact Me to resolve this issue !!!!

After having an Amerisun solar panel system and backup battery installed on our home in September 2023, we have been patiently waiting for the inspection of our solar panel and backup battery system. The delay is unreasonable. Initially, we were informed that the delay was due to the final approval process for adding the battery to the plan. Subsequently, we were assured that arranging an inspector for approval would not be an issue. After speaking with Jen Steel, Project Manager via email on April 2, 2024, it has now been 10 months of payments, and our solar panels and battery system remain non-functional.

Run the other way!!! This company did our HVAC install and completely ripped us off. They didn't even permit the unit. After contacting them they acted like they were going to fix it and then quit responding.

We had solar installed in March and it is still not running they have yet to submit the plans to pge... we have tied to contact Amerisun multiple times and they do not answer or ever call back. DO NOT use this company if you want functional solar!!

Take the money and run company. Go somewhere else. Don't ever take them for their word. Emails and record conversations or they will definitely take full advantage of you. Dot your i's and cross your t's with the company to the fullest. Damage to my drive way. Didn't pay the roofing supplier and solar equipment so they sending lien papers for nonpayment. They haven't responded to any calls or emails. None of the employees answer the phones now. They're a scam. Don't use them

installed our solar and never paid the subcontractor so now we have a lein on our property. Amerisun got their money from the financing company and left us, the customer high and dry. no one will respond to phone messages or emails. Just unethical

Amerisun delivered! I had spent two years researching solar and finally found a company that pulled together the entire package (roof, solar, battery) in a way that worked for me. The initial consultations with Anthony, the managing of the initial contract and subsequent availability to answer my frequent questions by Leo, the installation of the new roof and the solar panels by the two Victors and their teams all led to the completed installation as promised. Since completion, this solar installation has been running as Amerisun presented and I expected. Also, we are in the SF east bay and their base in Sacramento did not impact any aspect of the project.

I am only giving a 1 star because i have to, to move forward. This company is so unresponsive and unprofessional. We had solar installed a couple of years ago along with a solar pool heater. They have the wort communication and can never get an answer or a phone call back. Our pool heater has not worked spiking our PGE bill because it is not properly installed when we heat pool, and getting any tech to come out is absolutely ridiculous. They do not answer calls and keep putting you off. Even the pool heater installation company they contract with does not call back or answer phone calls. DO NOT do business with them, with how much it cost to install they are thee worst company in the marketplace and just want to do a sale, it isn't about customer serivice. I have to use other resources outside this ridiculous company because they won't help you after they install. BEWARE do not use them!
