We had a minor roof leak during a torrential downpour- Perkins Roofing was able to come out a few days later to take a look. They provided a thorough and reasonable estimate, and came out a few days later to complete the work. Everyone was very professional and took appropriate COVID precautions. My fiancé and I are very pleased with the quality of their work and how quickly they could come out.

Professional. Knowledgeable. Showed up on time for estimate appointment. In the end the estimate was just slightly higher than expected additionally we had asked for an alternative quote which was not provided in quote. Because of that it was an average experience deserving 3 stars.

2 weeks to get a quote and they claim they didn't even have to come to my house. Finally sent a ridiculous quote for 3xs what I had actually paid to have it done (before they even got their quote back to me).

Communication dropped, left work early for the appointment. I waited, I had to call to follow up. I get a call saying, estimates were done over the phone. It could have been avoided, when scheduling an appointment. The estimate was going to be over the phone, however, they made me believe they were coming in-person. My point is I lost time out of work.

This review is for all the hardworking people out there researching and trying to find a reliable company to do their roof. I waited for almost a year to leave this review because I wanted to make sure my review is accurate and honest for whoever is reading this. Our experience with Perkins didn't start off 100% perfect. But the most important part is they were able to resolve the issue and made sure we were happy with the result. The entire project didn't take long. Whenever you contact them, no matter is the receptionist, your sales manager, your project manager or the owner, they will take care of your needs in a timely manner. A new roof can be expensive and you definitely deserve a good reliable company that actually takes care of you. Give Perkins a try I'm sure you won't regret.

I hired Perkins Roofing to do my handmade barrel tile roof and all my flat roofs too. Their quote was fair and quite lower than two other companies that bid on that same job. My representative Rolando was amazing. He was determined at doing absolutely everything to assure my satisfaction. His customer service skills are some of the best I have dealt with in years. He took all my calls or returned them promptly. Explained everything clearly. Continually would come over to check on the progress. Permits were handled very smoothly with the office. Tim , one of the owners, was kind and knowledgeable. All and all I would certainly recommend them or use them again.

Marco came to inspect my roof, he was out within a couple of days and spotted the area where water was infiltrating my home. He was the only person that provided a proposal of work to repair the damaged area only, several other people came out and said the entire roof was bad and needed to be replaced, which I knew was bull because my roof is under 10 years old.
Marco represented Perkins Roofing as a professional, and I will recommend them to do any roof because they have been honest, they showed up to do the job that NEEDED to be done and they gave a very nice price for the work. Thank you Marco & Perkins Roofing.

Let's face it, dealing with contractors, especially Florida contractors can be the bane of any homeowner's existence. After noticing a leak in the family room, I did not hesitate to contact Perkins. (They repaired a different leak years ago.) They were able to send someone out the following Monday. Rolando showed up, examined the roof and explained the repairs that needed to be made. He emailed me an estimate by the end of the week.

To be fair, I did contact another roofing company. That company took forever to provide me with an estimate and had to come out twice. After comparing the estimates and experiences, Perkins was my top choice.

Rolando kept me abreast of any information. He also contacted me to send a crew to repair my roof a day before the scheduled date. The process was smooth and I can now sleep with ease. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Perkins again for future roofing needs.

I had the opportunity to use Perkins Roofing for my home down in Miami and I am satisfied with their work. Without me being there Marco kept me at easy by providing me with updates and kept me informed throughout the process.

I went with them because out of all the roofing companies that sent someone out Marco was the most personable. I felt like everyone else who came out was just in it for the money and didn't care anything about me.
