I hired Perkins Roofing to do my handmade barrel tile roof and all my flat roofs too. Their quote was fair and quite lower than two other companies that bid on that same job. My representative Rolando was amazing. He was determined at doing absolutely everything to assure my satisfaction. His customer service skills are some of the best I have dealt with in years. He took all my calls or returned them promptly. Explained everything clearly. Continually would come over to check on the progress. Permits were handled very smoothly with the office. Tim , one of the owners, was kind and knowledgeable. All and all I would certainly recommend them or use them again.

Marco came to inspect my roof, he was out within a couple of days and spotted the area where water was infiltrating my home. He was the only person that provided a proposal of work to repair the damaged area only, several other people came out and said the entire roof was bad and needed to be replaced, which I knew was bull because my roof is under 10 years old.
Marco represented Perkins Roofing as a professional, and I will recommend them to do any roof because they have been honest, they showed up to do the job that NEEDED to be done and they gave a very nice price for the work. Thank you Marco & Perkins Roofing.

Let's face it, dealing with contractors, especially Florida contractors can be the bane of any homeowner's existence. After noticing a leak in the family room, I did not hesitate to contact Perkins. (They repaired a different leak years ago.) They were able to send someone out the following Monday. Rolando showed up, examined the roof and explained the repairs that needed to be made. He emailed me an estimate by the end of the week.

To be fair, I did contact another roofing company. That company took forever to provide me with an estimate and had to come out twice. After comparing the estimates and experiences, Perkins was my top choice.

Rolando kept me abreast of any information. He also contacted me to send a crew to repair my roof a day before the scheduled date. The process was smooth and I can now sleep with ease. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Perkins again for future roofing needs.

No one wants to deal with any roof related issues, I know I don't! We had some damage after the hurricane. We interviewed three roofing companies... Perkins was top of our list because of honesty and pricing. I received two quotes; for both roof repair and new roof. It wasn't just about the pricing, what did it for me was the value of what was included in the estimate. I was receiving so much more with both quotes that I receive from Perkins than what was provided with the estimate of the other companies. This is a company like no other..Professional, courteous, honest and so many other positive adjectives. From the start, I was always right, and that type of customer service does not exist in the world. If I had a question or concern, it was addressed ASAP, by Marco Castillo, my rep. While repairing the flat roofs on my home, there was a leak on Labor day, some one came out THAT DAY! to check it, and guarantee it would be taken care of ASAP. After the initial deposit, they did the work and when all was completed, Marco, would come out and go over all concerns or comments, before ever asking for any more money.. Never thought I would be Happy to pay a company, but I never felt pressured, and didn't give the final payment until I was 100% satisfied. Marco made person visits to my home, multiple times to make sure we were on the same page, and that I was happy, which I was.. If you need anything to do with your roof, from maintenance, repair or a brand new roof, there's no reason to use any other company. If you know me, you know, I write to companies if i am not 100% satisfied, I am pretty tough and expect to get what I pay for... so when I write a review like this, you can bet it's the truth..

Dealing with leaks is one of the most frustrating experiences that a South Florida homeowner encounters during the rainy season. What's worse is having to find a roofing company that can service you quickly and professionally. Thankfully, Perkins Roofing Corporation eased that frustration. They provided my family with impeccable service. They were highly professional, yet personable, returned calls promptly, were on time the day of service, and are reasonably priced. I scheduled a date with them for service to patch the leaks on my roof, and although the date was agreed upon, the team had to reschedule due to a scheduling conflict. I was notified four days prior to my scheduled service date, which of course, impressed me as some services would notify residents the day of expected service. I am more than satisfied with the work the team accomplished, and would definitely recommend Perkins Roofing Corp to any homeowner in need of a stress-free and affordable experience.

I used Perkins to re-roof my entire roof. They removed the old tile and replaced it with beautiful cement tiles. During all aspects of the job they were professional and courteous. Rolando was always available to me for any questions I had and keeping me informed of all aspects of the job. Their pricing was very reasonable and honest. During the teardown Eddie's team explained to me what they were doing and what they found that needed repair. I have only praise for this company and everyone that worked on my roof.
