I had a service request to them via AHS. They never called me, they never responded to AHS, and when you call them--nothing. AVOID AVOID AVOID! If I could give my experience ZERO STARS, I would!

communication failures kept us guessing most of the process. A better consult about color choices and what the colors look like on the sample card versus what they look like on the metal roofing would have been helpful. The office staff was passive aggressive and didn't even let us know the project had started, we were out of town. Riley had asked if Sierra had gotten a hold of us to give us a heads up. And no she didn't. that would have been nice to know. The work was competed, on the last day of the job, I received an invoice for the remainder, I wrote a check and the next day I received and urgent reminder to pay.
