I contacted Todd based on recommendations, a rep came and examined my roof which was leaking around a dormer. He returned with a State Farm adjuster who apparently disagreed. Rep said he was working with another adjuster and returned to take more photos and a video. I have reached out to the rep and the owner repeatedly and received no response. I asked if they wouldn't or couldn't repair the roof to just let me know. NO RESPONSE.

I just had Perimeter Roofing replace my roof. I cannot say enough about this amazing company and Alec, who was my contact and project manager. He was extremely professional and responses to texts, calls and emails in a very timely matter. This man works long hours and takes his profession very seriously. He even went out of his way to accommodate me when I had to sign paperwork and it was later in the evening. The crew arrived early, worked all day to get it done quickly and cleaned everything up impeccably. The office staff was very pleasant and helpful with questions. I was in a time crunch too and they worked me into their schedule. I work with many contractors and have replaced several roofs over the years and I would never use any other roofing company. This company does not disappoint.

Perimeter Roofing hires young guys who go house-to-house hunting for customers. One of them came to our house and showed us why we needed to repair the damage to our roof. They came and repaired the roof. Then this person disappeared despite my multiple texts and phone call. No contact from Perimeter Roofing for two months. Then they tried to call me while I was out of the country. Never bothering to email me. Then they send me a threatening letter stating that we have not paid them. When I contacted them after my return, they said that they automatically send legal letters to customers if they can not contact them. It took them three months to clean around my house in spite of me showing them how I found nails. Extremely bad experience. If you are considering them, THINK AGAIN. I would NOT recommend them to my friends for sure.

Amazing service from Perimeter Roofing! From the very first phone call to the last after-installation inspection visit, our installation manager, Anthony Puckett, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. Anthony guided us through the whole process. From the initial inspection to the intricate process involving our insurance company, to the actual installation, Anthony was there, step by step, answering phone calls/emails/texts promptly, and communicating with us whenever there was an issue/update. replacing your roof with a reputable company is crucial. You want a company that will be there not just during installation, but years from that date, should any problems arise. We chose Perimeter Roofing after doing extensive research and we're sure glad we did. The installation crew was top notch, and Perimeter does not use subcontractors. They have their own crews, they treat them right, they arrive on time, work together as a team, and leave the site immaculate and clean. They bring their own WHEELED dumpster (not the heavy dumpsters that can damage your driveway) and promptly remove it once the job is done (not days later, as other companies do). We wholeheartedly recommend Perimeter Roofing to all our friends and family, and we especially thank Anthony Puckett for his amazing customer service before, during, and after the installation. He is the reason why we chose this company after the initial interview and why we recommended it to another family member later on. Thanks Perimeter Roofing!

This is a 5 star company. Joe, the supervisor, handled everything step in a knowledgeable and professional manner. He got back to me in a timely fashion to answer my numerous questions. The materials used were top notch. The crew did a fantastic job putting the roof on and the clean up was meticulous. You will be extremely pleased if you use them.

Very attentive and made this experience very simple as far as working with our insurance company. I think I signed one document and he handled the rest. The crew was in and out.
