We knew we needed a new roof. Wesley Jackson came by took a look at it called the insurance co, met with the adjuster, I received the check in mail, and I signed the check over to the roofing company and handed it to Wesley. I'm looking at a beautiful new roof now. Easy as pie!!!

All around an awful customer service experience. They walked into my business stating we needed a new roof, something we already know and are working out with my property manager. We've told them 4 times we do not have control over when the roof gets fixed and by who so they need to speak with the property manager. They tried to trick us into their business by stating our property manager said we would be the ones hiring them when in fact they never spoke with our property manager. At this point, they have harassed my business to a point of exhaustion. Additionally they announced to my room full of customers that the ceiling had asbestos in it which makes us look bad when we are currently trying to sort out the issue with the property manager. This company is insanely unprofessional. We will not be using them now or in the future.

Had a small leak on my roof that was not that old. I knew how fast these small issues turn into big ones so I got a referral from a friend to call this company. Man was I glad I did. Lazaro showed up to the appointment on time and found the cause of the leak and fixed it the same day! Couldn't be any more happy than this. Thanks for being an awesome company!

After some storm damage to my gutters and roof, I decided to go with Perimeter Roofing as they are a preferred State Farm vendor. I was pleased with the speed of the quote and their quick dealings with State Farm regarding my claim. Kevin G was fast and efficient getting the ball rolling and I'm very happy with the final product. Roof looks great! There were a couple of delays getting my roof done however, we had a lot of storms during that time and my roof damage wasn't catastrophic like others in the area so I had to be patient. My roof was worth the wait. Communication with main office (Elizabeth) was also awesome.

Perimeter Roofing exceeding all expectations from start to finish. Specifically, Raymond Little and his team; my parents mentioned needing a new roof in Dacula. Not only did they help with a new roof, but they went above and beyond in providing the best product and service. If you're in the market for a new roof, they are highly recommended and trustworthy. 11/10 stars.

We're in the process of working with Perimeter Roofing and so far it's been a breeze. Our rep, Nicole Ferguson, has been so diligent and knowledgeable about the whole process. We need other work done due to damage from our leaky roof and Nicole quickly referred us to who we needed to call. We're glad we called Perimeter Roofing and definitely recommend them.

Scam artists. Once they get your deposit, you will never hear from them again. Phone number doesn't work, so good luck getting your money back.

Pretty much the worst customer service around. Agent I spoke with was JL, first she kept trying to push me to have my roof done under warranty even though I told her there was no damage to my roof. That should have been a red flag. Either way I had these guys come out and quote my roof. They had the best price and the guy who came out seemed like he knew what he was doing. I decided to go with them but wanted some time to save up a little more money since I'm paying for the job out of my pocket. A few months later I decided to have the work done. They rework the quote to account for current material cost which I expected. Then a few days pass and the agent calls and said the quote she just provided was wrong and she wanted to have someone come rewrite the estimate, I understand and to be fair it had been a few months, so two weeks go by I don't hear a word from them. I call the office number and explain my situation, the manager apologized and said she would have someone out early the next week. The writer finally comes nearly 10 days later. Seems like a nice guy, I'm still willing to do the job with them at this point. More time passes, no estimate?? I call back to the office and speak with the manager who I ask "" hey if you don't want to do the job no problem just let me know and I'll move on"" again they apologize and say they will get the third estimate out shortly. Today is two weeks later and still no word from them. At this point I've decided I'm done begging a company to take a cash job?? I'm moving on to a big name reputable company who came out, quoted me and scheduled the job within a week. Is a little more money but worth it to not have to be strung along with perimeter roofing.

I'm honestly shocked by how they operate and the lack of communication. I know I left out a lot of the details but I'm sick of typing, bottom line it's terrible to deal with them. I wasted nearly 2 months messing around with them.

I'm rating them 1 star because 0 isn't an option.
