FINALLY honest, timely and straightforward customer service!

We reached out to Performance Roofing in the middle of the night when our roof started leaking. We left a message with the answering service and early the next morning we received a text from someone in the office confirming our message, then around 7am the owner/manager reached out via text letting us know a tech had been assigned and would be reaching out shortly.

Around 9am Rachael reached out confirming we were still in need of a visit and said she'd be on her way to check things out and give us an estimate. The visit & estimate would be free!

Rachael was so kind, so joyful and straightforward. I showed her inside our home where the leak was, what our middle of the night investigating had uncovered & what we'd done. She went into the attic to check it out closer and then stepped outside for further inspection.

Once Rachael was done, she showed me all the detailed images of the issues in our roof, some from wear & tear, some from a poorly installed cable dish, some from wood rot, etc. Not only did she use photos, she flew a drone over the roof to show me in real-time some additional issues she'd found. Not for one moment did she exaggerate issues or create issues for more work or money. Every single item was clear & she had a very clear solution for each item as well. She worked up an estimate line-by-line and a timeline to get it done.

It was the first time I'd worked with a contractor who left me feeling confident in the honesty of the estimate.

We needed the roof to be dry so 48hours later the team arrived. They tracked the radar and began working. They completed the roof and were even able to match our 7 year old shingles! The crew cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a single item behind. Rachael called to make sure they'd cleaned up and to let me know they'd be returning to paint the vents at a later date.

They returned a week or so later to paint the vent pipes for added protection.

All in all I would 100% recommend Performance Roofing to anyone! If you're able to request someone, I'd highly recommend Rachael. She was incredible. Even after the job was complete she called to make sure we were happy with how it all turned out.
