This company was recommended highly on another site and on Yelp. I was not disappointed. I called them because I noticed shingles on my roof were missing. They came out and Don noticed a few other problems that needed repair and did a complete maintenance on my roof. He also took care of a few other problems that weren't related to the original consultation. I appreciated the rapid response and the roofers cleaned up everything - no mess left behind. Rosa in the office was so pleasant and helpful too. I felt that Don made sure that the customer was satisfied with the job. Would definitely call this company again if needed.

Our roof contains a gully joining an addition to the house. For years the gully had a problem with leaks during heavy rains. When Performance made some other repairs on the roof Don made some recommendations to repair the gully and a couple of decorative windows adjacent to the gully. I chose a repair that cut back but did not eliminate the leak. Don had warned me the repair may not work completely. But Don came back and made the other repair that he had originally suggested to me. Now after several heavy rains there has been no leaking at all.

Don had come up with solutions, gave me options on how to proceed and stood by his work and stood by me until all was fixed.

Don and his crew did an excellent job replacing our deteriorating ridge caps, installing matching rapid ridge waterproofing, sealing and painting all flashing, cleaning the gutters and hauling all the debris away. Don and Rosa did an amazing job installing our roof this summer! Outstanding quality of work by a dedicated crew lead by the very experienced Don. We've gone through several big rain storms recently with zero problems. Rosa provided excellent costumer service with frequent updates. We hired Performance Roofing Systems to repair our tile roof and install new skylight. It had been raining and we experienced leaks Don McCord and his office assistant Rosa(wife) were extremely professional. The Team Santiago,Manual, and Fernando started at 8:00 am and worked quickly to repair the facing along the garage and half of the roof. We would recommend them anytime very efficient. Thank you!

Once again I had PRS out to repair my roof. Not for any work they previously did, but to fix the shoddy work from a previous company. They came out on a Sunday to fit me in between a job that they currently were working on. Santiago did and excellent job in repairing the leaking portion of my roof. Also, the pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. Besides, Rosa loves my dog, Charlie and vice-versa.

Performance roofing is great. When every other roofer serving Redondo Beach wasn't interested in helping us with a small repair job performance roofing came through.

They did our repair and gave us an honest assessment that we could get a few more years out of our tired roof. I got three other quotes on the repair and everyone else sent me quotes for a full replacement costing thousands.

They were very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of advice about our options once it's time for a full replacement. It is great to have a full understanding of what our options are moving forward and the team at performance definitely respected that we were working with a budget.
