The best. Honest company with outstanding quality work. In a sea of subpar roofers this company was outstanding. I worked with ED B. Duluth Hickory Ridge subdivision in the construction trade and this company was the best. I inspected the job and it was perfect. Anyone who does not hire them for their roof replacement will regret that decision

I hired this company to put a roof on my home after a insurance claim. they were very quick with installation. About 19 months after the roof was installed we had a torrential rain. I notice I had some leaking in my finished basement. I then went out to the side of the house where it was leaking and notice rotting around the chimney area. I poked a hole in the ceiling and water poured out. notice the drywall on the wall was soft. I pulled some drywall off and there was mold inside the walls and on insulation. I called my insurance company and they sent an adjuster out. long story short is they denied my claim because Performance Plus Roofing never put flashing between roof and chimney which is code required. I spoke to Brandy the office manager and told her the problem. she told me flashing wasn't on the contract. two days later she sent some roofers out and then, they went up on the roof with a few pieces of flashing and put them on. The barn was already opened and the horses had gotten out. I've called her multiple times and she said she would get back with me after talking to owner. I have not heard back from her or any other representative of the company. I also sent her photos of the damages that was caused by this failed to put flashing according to code. my family and I are exposed to health risk due to the mold that was caused due to negligence.

Performance Plus Roofing did a great job on our roof. They were able to get it approved by our insurance company and they handled all the paperwork.

I will admit I was skeptical when I met them at the Home Show, but they showed up when they promised, they were on time, polite and respectful. They delivered what they said they would. The installation was very quick and I did not fine even one nail after they left.

I would recommend Performance Plus Roofing for a new installation or just some repairs.
