Perfection Roofing & Siding replaced the siding on our chimney. My experience with Russ and crew was very similar to that described by others here. I contacted the company because of the good reviews I saw posted on several sites. Russ contacted me very soon after I requested an estimate (which was considerably lower than the other estimate I received) and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. As others on this site have mentioned Russ took me on a tour to show me some of his work on other houses in the area.

Fabio and his team did a great job replacing the rotting siding on our chimney and the painter showed up just as the siding replacement was being completed. I'm very pleased with the outcome and they completed the job in one day. I would do business with Perfection Roofing & Siding again and would recommend them to others.

Called PRS with a roofing emergency. Had lost a couple of shingles due to a bad storm. Responded immediately. Within hours I had a full assessment and solution to what could have been a lot more expensive project given the rain that was in the forecast.

Big shout out to Russ and Vlad for restoring faith to the contracting business. I know who to call in the future.

Perfection Roofing recently completed an emergency roof repair on our garage. (and resided our house last year). Russ was very repsomsive and was able to fit us into their schedule very quickly. With the new siding project as well, they started and completed the job as promised. The crew keeps the worksite very clean and answered all our questions as work was being done. The attention to detail and doing things without being asked to Get the job done right is what sets them apart. Highly reccomend.

Before choosing contractors, I did my homework and read through recommendations. Finally I chose 3 vendors.
Essex Roofing and restorations - Sales manager was nice but price increased on 70% just in 3 weeks, which I found suspicious.
Revamp was a kind of nightmare experience on a sales stage.
I chose Perfection roofing and siding. I liked the communication when all my questions and concerns were politely negotiated and addressed by Russ and his crews.
Russ(sales manager and owner) is a very positive guy, cracking jokes all the time but he shown serious atitude to the quality level of the job to be done.
His crews are also genuinely dedicated to satisfy the client. They were polite and attentive to my asks and questions and did exactly what I asked them to do.
They use good quality materials and even replaced some rotten pieces where it was needed.
Initially agreed terms and conditions were followed.
Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a good quality job to be done for a decent price.

There aren't enough words to describe the experience from PRS.  In working with Robert Morton, he guided me every step of the process and left no question unanswered.  PRS as a whole made me feel extremely comfortable and went far and beyond expectation.  I will definitely recommend them and will certainly use them in the future.  5 Star Plus!!!!

I just had a new roof installed by Perfection Siding and Roofing. It looks great. I highly recommend this company. The owner is very responsive. He answered all my questions and was very thorough in showing me the high quality products that were going to be used in the installation process. I appreciated the level of detail. Russ' passion for perfection clearly shows.

We needed our siding replaced. After obtaining several quotes, I came across Perfection Roofing and Siding. Russ uses no fancy ipads, computers, photoshopped photos or pamphlets to convince you. He will literally drive you to previous job site where you can actually get to see it yourself and make your decision from there. Russ and his team did a great job completing the job in less than a week. Russ, Fabio and Cortez work very hard to make sure they accomplish what you have in mind. We get lots of compliments on our house.

NEVER HAVE I EVER!

Never have I ever felt as if I have ""missed out"" when things go south prior to services being contracted. This is why you need to interview, vet and take careful note of how business is being handled during that preliminary phase. My purpose for posting this cautionary review is to inform others of what they may encounter or should at least be aware of before to hiring this company. In an ideal world, the business owner would recognize the problem and take corrective action to do better.

This business has great reviews and has been on my list for a while. Although I am not interested in completing this project in the immediate future due to other interim projects, I was still ready to get an estimate. I am making some changes to a window and exterior door in a few weeks and wanted to get some information now to make sure that there is cohesion between the two projects. Also, I like to start my research very early so that I have plenty of time to make an informed decision and get more familiar with the business.

So, I contacted the owner and he came out to give me an estimate for siding and windows. His company does not actually install windows, but has a sub-contractor available. Personally I prefer one company that does it all or a totally separate company to simplify matters. After a cursory glance at the front of the house, I was provided a written estimate on the back of a business card. I like having estimates written on company letterhead and accompanied by all pertinent information including policies and procedures for a complete package. My primary problem with this business is a lack of communication. I left a detailed message on March 30th, (requiring a response) and followed up with a phone message two days later with pertinent questions and never received a response. While I understand that his lack of follow-up may be due to the fact that I specified that the work would be done later rather than sooner, there would still be no reason to not extend the professional courtesy of a phone call. No worries!

I immediately move on and find a highly rated company that offers what Perfection does not:
A fully evolved communication system where calls and messages are answered and returned promptly.
A thorough walk around my home to see that I don't have standard windows and will require more than a ""cookie cutter"" estimate. I
A written detailed estimate with photos, measurements and notes included.
A knowledgeable window rep who could answer all relevant questions regarding the new window and doors. This allowed me to understand the full scope of all work to be completed and helped to expose additional considerations.
No hard selling tactics just great education about the work to be done, specific process and materials required.

***When it comes to finding the perfect company, remember to do a test run PRIOR TO signing any contract. Make calls and ask questions so that you will have an idea of how the company handles customer service and communication. You can then make an informed decision before moving forward.
***Contractors, regardless of whether a customer is ready to commit now or later, you never want to lose a potential customer, (and additional clients generated through ""word of mouth""), for something as simple as poor communication. It's just not worth it.

I had the notorious Louisiana Pacific siding on my house that started to warp and rot around the time I bought my house in 2008. I had it patched up and here and there and replaced rotten boards from time to time but this year it was just too much, especially after the chimney started to tilt. So I finally decided to install new siding on the entire house. After diligent research, I contracted the best-reviewed company in the area, Perfection Roofing and Siding. The job was done in December, so sometimes it had to be delayed because of the bad weather, but Robert's crew was incredibly professional and efficient. They reconstructed the badly damaged chimney, wrapped the entire house in a plastic sheet that would prevent the future water damage, and installed the Nichiha siding so meticulously you can't even see the seams or nail heads on it. The painting job was absolutely wonderful as well. My house looks beautiful now, I love the texture and feel of the siding that is supposed to last forever or at least my lifetime. Throughout the job, Robert was very easy to get in touch with and gave me regular updates on the next steps and/or delays. In short, I've had a great experience working with this company. I also noticed that the heating bill for the first month after the siding was installed was about 25% lower than in previous years. Overall, I am greatly satisfied with the job and would recommend PRS to anyone who is thinking about having their siding replaced or repaired.

Russ was very nice and even took it upon himself to drove out of his way over to a house we were considering buying and renovating to make sure we received an accurate quote. I'll definitely be returning to Perfection when I need siding.
