We just had the privilege of having our roof replaced by Perfect Roofing. I was dreading the entire experience, knowing that my 25 year old roof was damaged and I needed to re-roof. Prior to calling them I was able to watch them replace a neighbor's roof. During that process I was impressed with the way the teams worked on that roof. I always saw someone that appeared to be a Manager on the job and meet with the teams daily. I found out later that this was Jesse and Emanuelle. They finished in a timely manner and the roof looked great. I spoke with my neighbor and he told me about the experience he had with them and he highly recommended them. When it came time for me to start getting my estimates, I called three companies. Two of them did everything from the images from Google Earth (or whatever they use, and this is fine. I guess it's the way things are done now.) But Perfect Roofing actually came out in person. Jesse spent ample time on the roof and on the property when he prepared the estimate. Their estimate was the highest. But I went with them because of the eye witness experience I had, from the recommendation from my neighbor and from the actual contact from both Jesse and Emanuelle. Now this is all before they arrived. Once we met to sign the contract and give the first payment it all went even more incredible from there. They started on time and finished before planned. The entire job took two weeks. The inspections were completed at the phases needed and each time passed. The crews were wonderful. I thought it would be more of a nuisance for me, especially working from home and being home the entire job, but it wasn't bad at all. I am so happy with everything. The communication, the follow up, the work, everything. I have such a relief now knowing that I have another 25 years on my roof, or more. I highly recommend Perfect Roofing. Thank you Emanuel from PERFECT ROOFING OF FLORIDA LLC. I started my roof with another company, and they desappear and took my money. Was very difficult to find a new constractor until EMANUEL appear in my life. EMANUEL AND his company take care of my situation, they do all the job with the building department. They finished my roof very fast, very professional and Emanuel was the only one gave me a resonable estimate.
