Had a leak in at our guest house vent stack that was on a very steeply-pitched roof. Keith came in and very quickly, efficiently, and affordably took care of it. It has been perfect since.
He also gave us an assessment on the guest house roof (main house roof is new) and said it was still in great shape and had at least 5-10 years left.
He has earned our trust and respect and is now our go-to roofer. I will recommend him to anyone looking.

After that big storm a few weeks ago, we had several roofing companies come out for a quote on the repairs. Not only did Keith have a fair price, but he was by far the most thorough in his inspection and found problem spots that others had not noticed.

He was on time, thoroughly answered our questions (he has a TON of knowledge and expertise), and did the work with superior materials to what the builder had used.

He's the kind of professional that is unfortunately too hard to find nowadays.

Very pleased. Fastest response I've ever had from a workman of any kind. Keith is quiet but knowledgeable. He called back within an hour of my first call, was here that afternoon to look at my roof, gave me a reasonable estimate for the repair, and the work was finished by 10 am the following morning. It was a simple repair so it didn't take long to do....I suppose a more extensive issue might have taken a little longer to fit in, set up and complete...but if a small repair was dealt with this efficiently I believe a larger issue would have been treated with equal efficiency. He also let me know that the overall condition of my roof was fine, and exactly why the shingles had come off (nails between the underlaying boards instead of into them). I will keep his card and recommend him to anyone.

Called Keith to take care of several leaky vent pipe boots. He replaced them all for cheap and sent pics of the work and invoice to me in email. Never had to come meet him or set up a stupid 2-8hr window for an appointment. Absolutely awesome.

I would highly recommend Keith for roofing work. He came out to give me an estimate the same day I requested one. His cost was very fair. He prepped and primed some pieces I needed repaired at his home and brought them to install a few days later. Once he got here, he knocked out the roofing repair job in one afternoon, even fixing a few small, extra problems he found for no added cost. He left the site perfectly clean when he left. Keith is great at what he does and I appreciate his honesty and helpfulness through the whole process.

For weeks, I was flabbergasted by water damage to various areas of my home. At first I believed it to be a plumbing issue, but after investigating I realized it wasn't the case. My roof was leaking and water was somehow making its way into the interior of my house.

Based on the recommendation of the Sugar Free Vanessa N, I gave these boys a call. After a day of phone tag, we finally got speaking about my roofing needs. Understanding that I was on a budget, Keith said he would send someone out to see what needed to be done and he would see what my options were. He had an associate out the same day and promptly got back to me. We found a solution that would suit my needs and stay within my budget. The work was done within a matter of hours!

Just a few days later, we had days of heavy rain and the test...

Everything remained dry! Excellent work ethic and highly professional service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keith and his crew to anyone in need of roof work.

With the rain season a leak on the roof started to pour down inside the garage so I called/emailed about 10 different companies in order to have them coming to check on it and give us an estimate... no one responded but Keith, and he did very quickly within the very same day that I sent him an email/voice mail.

He came the next day to look at the leak and offered to do a temporary fix as he was already committed to other jobs and would not be able to come fix the whole thing soon, so we looked at his estimate and it was a very decent price, so we agree on taking him up to do the job... best decision made.

He's very professional and came back to take down a satellite antena that was the cause of the leak and do a temporary fix since rain was happening during that time until he came a couple days later and replaced the board and shingles.

He was always very polite and service oriented so I'm very happy to recommend him for any roofing needed, he's definitely your man for it!!

And by the way, only a couple other companies called me back but after he already took care of the whole thing. Perfect Pitch Roofing rules!

We had a tricky roof leak that another roofing company couldn't figure out, so they directed us to Keith. Not only did he find it immediately, he repaired it quickly and at a good price.

Flash flooding hit our area a week later, and the roof didn't leak a drop.

Note that Keith has very high standards for roofs (as you'd expect from an expert), so you're going to hear a lot of complaints about your roof in general. Just go with it. Keith is your guy.
