Due to a contractor's inept remodeling work, I ended up with a persistent leak in my porch roof that I knew would be difficult to repair. I called other roofers, but they balked due to the challenges involved. Then someone recommended Keith, who they referred to as ""the fixer."" I called him that night and explained the situation; frankly, I expected him to decline, but Keith said he'd come by and have a look. When he arrived, I could almost hear the wheels turning in his head as he inspected the roof and considered his options.

He gave me an estimate and a timeline that were far better than I imagined, and his work was precise, thoughtful, and thorough. He's also a pleasure to talk with. Keith is an old-school craftsman who isn't afraid of a challenge, who thinks before he acts,
who is meticulous in his work because it pleases him--and he genuinely wants to please his client. I wasn't expecting the one-year warranty or his after-the-sale follow-up.

Same as many others, noticed a leak on a wall. Like a good homeowner, I called multiple roofers for an estimate and found Keith's detailed estimate likely for the leak. He diagnosed the probable area for the leak (cuz you never 100% know til you start to take it apart). He emailed an itemized hi and low estimate for the repairs. He also warranties the repair, return 2X should there be a leak in the same area. He does the repairs himself, thorough and very detailed in explaining his repairs. I'm really happy I found an expert roofer in South Austin as roofing is definitely something I DO NOT ever want to tackle in this lifetime!

I thought I had already written a review but see that I did not and although my transaction with Perfect Pitch is almost a year old, the service provided warrants a review. I was referred to Keith by another roofer back in early 2014 for a minor roof repair from a leak around my skylight. Keith came out, inspected the area, took photos and told me exactly what was wrong. Long story short, I had Keith replace the skylight with a better model and was very happy with his work. Fast forward a few months later, I called him again after we had a pretty bad hail storm. Keith came out again, inspected the entire roof and told me that we did have damage to the roof. I called our insurance company and they came out, did an inspection and concurred with Keith's assessment that a new roof was needed. Keith brought samples of different shingles and explained the differences of each brand. We finally selected the shingle type we wanted and Keith went to work. His price was very fair and his workmanship is meticulous. He saw so many things that had not been done correctly by the builder originally, and suggested how we could correct them. Never once did Keith try to high-pressure us--his suggestions were always presented in a low-key manner and well-thought out and explained. We ended up also replacing one more skylight (again a better model), along with a new section of gutter and were really pleased with the end result.

My initial reaction was to go with a larger company when we found out we needed a new roof but I'm so glad we chose Keith and Perfect Pitch. His quality workmanship and personal attention to detail proved we made the right choice.

Our ceiling began leaking after a couple days of heavy rain. I found Keith via Yelp and filled out the online service request form on a Monday morning (while it was still pouring). Keith called me back almost immediately. He said he'd be out later that day which I couldn't believe as it was supposed to rain all day. Sure enough, even though it was drizzly and misting he showed up that afternoon.

I had a bid the next day and Keith informed me he was swamped with work and wasn't sure when he would be out. We then found out we had another week of rain coming up the following week so Keith followed up and came out on Sunday to get the work done and prevent any further damage to our home.

I cannot say enough good things about Keith. He was fair, honest, considerate, and just a nice guy. Anyone I know who needs roof work will always be sent his way. Thank you.

I've had Keith fix multiple leaks on my roof (don't ask- my house is a little cursed). He has always been conscientious, honest, and very responsive to phone calls and emails. I have always called Keith because I was having to deal with an unpleasant house repair situation, but it's really nice to have someone who is both skilled and trustworthy to work with to get the job done.

A few weekends ago, during one of our hardcore rainy days, I noticed a small stain appear on the bedroom ceiling of our 4 year old home. I put in requests to another company my parents recommended and then went to Yelp to find Perfect Pitch Roofing. That evening, I heard back from Keith.

We set up an appointment one morning where he took a look at everything on my roof- not just the culprit area. He discovered the root cause and took photos to show me when he came back down to explain what was going on. He also noticed something my builder did not do that could potentially shorten the life of the roof, so he agreed to send me a bid for that as well.

His bid was very thorough and explained the work he would perform. The price was very reasonable and I am afraid of heights, so I invited him to come out to perform the work.

For this job, he was able to come while I was at work. He sent me photos of the work he completed along with a description.

Roofing is one of those things I don't ever want to do myself- I'm glad Keith is my go-to roofer.

I have used Keith before and will only call him for any roof repair needs. This month, I had Keith come out and look at several issues - my fireplace chimney needed new wood and to be painted, my vent pipe frim my bathroom was leaking, and I had rotten wood and shingles that needed replacing. Keith came out, gave am a very fair quote, and fixed everything when he said he would. This man is professional, has integrity and is an expert when it comes to roofing issues. On top of all these attributes, he is a nice guy.

You will not regrets using Keith - he is the best!!!

Had a leak in at our guest house vent stack that was on a very steeply-pitched roof. Keith came in and very quickly, efficiently, and affordably took care of it. It has been perfect since.
He also gave us an assessment on the guest house roof (main house roof is new) and said it was still in great shape and had at least 5-10 years left.
He has earned our trust and respect and is now our go-to roofer. I will recommend him to anyone looking.

We had water leaking into our bedroom but could not figure out how it was getting in. Called Perfect Pitch - Keith came out and immediately saw that we had rusted staples in some shingles. He fixed the problem and we have had no issues since! Great job and very fair price!
