Carlos did a great job fixing the leak on our skylights which were not properly installed by the original roofer. Carlos and his helper arrived on time and were very professional in taking care of the problem. They had the right equipment, followed all the safety rules and did a thorough job. They are very easy to talk to if any changes or other work needs to be done. Their rates are also very reasonable. We will certainly hire them again for other roofing tasks. in fact we had them come over a week later to handle other needed repairs on our roof. Again, we found him to be honest, hardworking and thorough in handling the tasks. His work ethics and eagerness to do a great job was quite admirable. These qualities are so hard to find these days! We were looking for a roofer to repair a leak causing watermarks in our bedroom ceiling after last year's heavy storms. In the spring, we called two roofing companies with good reviews on Yelp for estimates. When they arrived for an estimate neither went to the trouble to actually climb up onto our two-story high roof to inspect. They looked around from ground level before providing what we thought were high quotes. Months go by and we decide to pick up the search again and get the thing repaired before winter rolls around.

Looked on Craigslist and came across Perez Roofing's listing emphasizing leaky roof repairs (in addition to comprehensive roof replacement and gutter maintenance, etc.). Carlos promptly responded via text. He arrived on time for our scheduled estimate with roof ladder in hand. He looked at the ceiling watermarks and then quickly accessed our roof and located the issue: broken tiles. He provided a great estimate with one year warranty -- awesome! He returned a week later (promptly at 9 am) with an assistant and completed the repair, which consisted of removal of the broken tiles along with surrounding tiles approximately 8x6ft in area, replacing the plywood and roofing paper and installing new tiles, by 1 pm. He provided before and after photos of the work and reiterated to us to not hesitate to call him should there be any issues within the next year (fingers crossed there won't be any).

Very satisfied with the overall experience. We found Carlos to be thorough, honest and efficient. In fact, we have already recommended Perez Roofing to a friend looking to have her roof repaired.
