I was dealing with a chimney cricket / flashing leak for about a year (went through two other contractors in an attempt to repair) but decided to reach out to Perdomo after getting a reference from a family member. It was a challenge at first to line up a visit / estimate (conflicting schedules on both parts) but once the estimate was done work commenced within a week. Their workers were prompt, polite and the leak has been fixed. They also brought to my attention a few other problem spots with roof penetrations while they were on my roof. They were higher than another estimate I received but in this case I believe I got what I payed for (quality work and piece of mind that the leak has been eliminated).

Eric Perdomo personally did the overview of my roof replacement in 2019. The job involved completely removing all the Spanish clay tiles, repairing the underlayment, adding a membrane barrier and then replacing all the Spanish tiles. The finished job was beautiful and now should last another 75 years. The most impressive aspect of their service came just last month. After 3 years, I noticed a bit of wood rot from the underfacing beadboard on my porch roof addition. Perdomo came out to assess the problem, determined it needed additional wall flashing that the carpenters had neglected to install, and them fixed the flashing, replaced the rotted wood panel and painted to match the original color; all outside of the warrantee and without any cost to me. This is truly a company that stands behind its work and is relentless in seeking complete customer satisfaction. They certainly have mine! You can't go wrong with Perdomo.

Perdomo roofing is very professional they arrived on the job very early and they worked all the way into the evening . It Took them 2 1/2 days to complete the job and I was very satisfied with the quality of work.
I also had them replace the roof on my rental property along with two commercial roofs and in all cases the work was superior. I highly recommend Perdomo Roofing you will not be disappointed

Thanks, Eric, for always promptly responding to my texts. Your guys are awesome, hard-working and we're persistent in finding a leak that was caused by the chimney bricks and not the roof. They are also very pleasant and polite even after being on the roof in 90+ degrees.

I have never posted a review of anything but I am making an exception here. We never got to the repair part, so I can't speak to their workmanship, I can only speak to their lack of professionalism. It took a week for someone to come out to see what needed to be done about a leak in my roof (flashing issue). I get that summer is a busy time here, it was not a problem to wait. I was supposed to get a quote which never came. A week later, I called twice, no quote. My husband called, no quote. They are super wonderful on the phone but there is zero follow through. I would highly suggest staying away from this company as this is probably good indication of the kind of work they do as well. They can promise it all, but deliver absolutely nothing.

the guys showed up and had my entire house was pressure washed in just two days. when i drove up, i thought that i had new gutters. They were meticulous with their work and i was very pleased. They gave me 150% of a great job. Thanks to Eric, Larry and the staff.

I will need a new roof in a few years and will definitely use this company. My phone calls were always returned.
