I wrote a rather scathing review last month. Our roof had failed and was only ten months old. After Bobby and Brandt tried to string ""string us along""; blame Sally instead of honoring the 30-year warranty, and then said they would probably need to charge us; Rueben called. He is an owner and brother to Bobby. Rueben called about 30 minutes after I posted the review, initially.
Rueben asked me if I would take my review down if he came by the next morning and got to work on it. I did, when his men finished the roof but there was interior damage in the ceiling and wall that needed to be taken care of. Finally, that was done yesterday and we are done with this headache.
The main interior repair was done very careingly by Francisco Ramirez, later joined by others under a subcontractor named Billy. I think it was Francisco's wife, Graciela, who cleaned up so professionally. Lovely job!

Pensacola roofing put a roof on our house after hurricane Michael 6 months later we have a leak. This is our vacation home and when we were there over the 4th of july week we made several call to them and each time they told us that the y would call us back. Here we are on July 20th have returned back to michigan and have still never received a call back on the warranty repair. We ended up calling another company to make the repair before we left to go home.

Got a quote in June, called several times to find out when they would come out, and the guy was rude and said he will call when he is ready. Never heard back, going with another company.

Called them several days ago and left a voicemail requesting repairs, but haven't heard back from them yet. I have recieved quotes from a couple other roofing companies in that same time. I coworker said he called them to get a quote for a new roof and it took them 2 weeks for them to call him back. If you have a leak, you cannot be waiting that long to get a response, especially for how much it rains around here. I went with another company that was quick to respond and quick to come out to do the repairs.
