If I could give zero stars I would. Run far far away from this solar company. They are extremely incompetent, unreliable and plain horrible to deal with.

What a horrible experience!!! We met with Greg Georgedus and signed for a $65,000 solar system. He assured us we would make the cut off before NEM 3 kicked in. WELL WE DIDN'T! He had no remorse, didn't even apologize. This company is a joke, full of broken promises in order to get your business, then to pass you on to another company to leave you hanging. Don't be fooled by the ""lower pricing""...you get what you pay for.

The only reason for a 1-star rating is because there is no 0-star option.

They were hired to replace our SunPower home solar system, but after removing all of the components back in January 2023, they did nothing more than leave the old panels & inverters on site.

They were NO CALL/NO SHOW to a supposed second follow-up installation appointment. ALL of our subsequent calls & messages to Penguin's Riverside & Sacramento offices were totally ignored.

We were never called back. We were ghosted.

According to SunPower, they are being blown off, too.

So here we sit, into 4 months after Penguin totally dismantled our system & left us with nothing other than obstacles leaning against our house & taking up space in our garage.

Unless you enjoy wasting your time & money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
