Pender Construction basically remodeled our entire house after a flood last April. Birch went out of his way to make sure he came to give us a quote the same day I called him. He worked around my schedule and always made us feel important. In addition to remodeling our home, we also had him refinish our ceilings after having the ""popcorn"" scraped off. All the work was done in a timely and professional manner. All his employees that worked on our home were friendly and professional. They even did some extra little things for no additional charge. I had reached out to many different contractors for quotes and I'm definitely happy we decided to go with Pender Construction. Our house was finished last August and we are very happy with the work. If you're looking for a trustworthy and affordable contractor then look no further.

After working with the time frame with the company to get a quote 3 weeks late nothing just to be left dry at the end. Dont recommend this company at all. look around for someone reliable with the quote and job
