Jason from Peet roofing came by one day and asked if we knew about the Hail storm in July. We were on vacation at the time and had no idea there had been a bad storm. He inspected the roof and found damage that was confirmed by an independent insurance inspector. My insurance covered a full roof replacement. Alberto's crew started work on Monday and were finished early on Wednesday, even with having to stop work early on Tuesday for bad weather. I have a two story steeply pitched roof. The speed and workmanship was impressive! The result is beautiful and my house looks better than when built! Jason was available for any questions I had and walked me through all the choices I had. I controlled all the money and none was asked for up front. In fact I paid nothing until the final inspection was completed, even though I had the insurance check before the work started. I was really impressed with the professionalism of the crew and the fantastic job they did start to finish, especially in clean-up! I highly recommend Peet Roofing.

I was referred to Mark from Peet Roofing by a contractor that a family member was using at the time. I had a rental property in Winter Springs that had a leaky roof and deterioration. I couldn't be happier with his services. He was patient, kind and professional in answering all my questions, reasonably priced and even went out of his way to accommodate my needs. He came to my place of business in downtown Orlando for me to sign the paperwork and then came back after the work was completed to collect the payment and provide me all of the warranty paperwork. The roof looks great. And he was able to save my current gutters, which others told me they would have to be replaced saving me $1,000. Had these folks put on a roof for me about 10 years ago. Did a good job...so good I referred them to two other neighbors who also had them replace their roofs.

I currently need a Wind Mitigation inspection for a time sensitive insurance transfer. I called last Thursday to get pricing and schedule it. The lady said she'd have someone call me back.

It's Tuesday morning and no call. I called to inquire and the lady told me that I was in a queue for a phone call and they would call me when they got to my name....that they were so busy a two minute phone call was too much for one of their managers to call in 6 days time and I would still have to wait.

While they may have been professional back then, fallen WAY off. Be prepared for ridiculous excuses when you are also left waiting.

Mark was great to work with and always accessible by phone or text. Most importantly, he responded to me the morning after hurricane Irma after I sent him photos of a tree that had fallen on our roof. They had completed our brand new roof just 10 days before the storm, so it was awfully upsetting to find it damaged in many spots from the tree falling. He assured me his team would get out to fix as soon as they could. Thinking we were one in a million who needed a roof repaired, I didn't expect to have it repaired for a few weeks. Within a day and a half of texting Mark (before we even had a chance to throw a tarp on it) I came home to a completely repaired roof. It looked just like it had before Irma!!

We were so pleased with their quick response and hard work. We are grateful for a beautiful roof and a hardworking team who got it repaired so quickly.

Peet Roofing and Remodeling replaced my roof five and a half years ago. Every aspect was handled professionally. A proper examination and proposal were presented, they were approved by my insurance company, and Peet Roofing asked for NO up front payment of any kind. Insurance was produced, the permit was acquired, and the work proceeded precisely on schedule. The crew was organized and neat. They stripped off the old shingles and tar paper, then examined the wood deck for any damage. Clean up was excellent and thorough (a large magnet was used to help pick up fallen nails). Right on budget, too.
UPDATE TODAY: A leak developed in my roof. It was a leak that had been bothering my home for fifteen years, but the new roof had stopped it. It returned last month. I contacted Peet Roofing and Remodeling, fully expecting to pay for everything. After examination by Josh, the owner's rep., the owner advised that he would take care of the labor cost if I would handle the material charge. His three man crew, led by Alberto (who called me the night before to confirm arrival), worked for two hours on my roof and from what I can tell, did an excellent job. I have no doubt that my leak problem is history. Two big thumbs up for this outfit. An honorable owner and a highly competent crew...What more could you ask for!
