The June hailstorm prompted our first experience with needing a new roof. On recommendation of our neighbor, we worked with Pearson Roofing. From the start, Mike and Gary helped us navigate the process while answering all of our questions (seriously, we asked a lot of questions) while remaining transparent about the process, repairs, and costs. We couldn't be more pleased with our new roof and gutters as well as the experience as a whole. Pearson Roofing gets my fullest recommendation.

The initial inspection and working with the insurance is great. However, scheduling and subsequent followup is lousy. Initially it was scheduled in the beginning of June but due to heavy rain on the scheduled date. I never able to get an answer when they will come. Then one night late 10pm, I heard loud truck noises in the back alley and fortunately I opened the garage to see what's going on - they are trying to drop the dumpster in front of the garage!! - No one ever called me to inform they will be starting the next day and I can't even get out of the garage and I have dogs that needs to be scheduled to be boarded otherwise they will freak out when they are pounding on the roof. After some arguments with them, they move the dumpster away and promised to call next morning to confirm to start on day after next. Then at 1am, they came back and dropped the dumpster in the front of the house. The next day at 7am , I went for breakfast and scheduled the dogs for boarding the following day, at 730am I returned home because I forgot to take out the trash.... and discovered they already started the work !!!! and I am really upset about this, called the salesman and he had no idea they are starting, called the office and the person answered has no idea neither. After the work is completed and I discovered each ridge vent is much shorter than before and I called the salesman, they agreed to fix it and of course waited several uncertain weeks just like before and then they finally fixed it. Now, they have all the extra shingles, nails, ridge vents left in the front of the house and do I have to constantly calling them and will they ever come and pick it up ? Am I expected to clean up the work site ?

Mike si who we have been dealing with and I can't say enough of how great of work he's done. We had damage from hell storm in March and it was 30k worth of damage. He worked diligently with the Insurance company to get the funds we needed.

Not only was she so pleased that she referred us that we were so pleased that we have continued to refer Pearson Roofing. They did an awesome job, quick, with a good job cleaning up afterwards which is important not only to me but my HOA. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After a hail storm, my insurance company refused to pay enough to replace the roof. Rick worked with us for 6 months to get approval from my insurance company. The insurance company finally agreed to pay a fair price, and we finally got the new roof that looks great.

Service was stellar and response time excellent. Called last night about some minor repair work on my roof. Got a promise to call me back this morning - and did by 9am. With a schedule to come by the house after lunch. Not only did they come by, but they had matching shingles to do the work and finished it within a couple of hours. We had a leaky roof for years, but when the rain started coming right into the house, we gave them a call. They patched our huge leak the very next day and soon came out to replace the whole roof. Mike successfully negotiated with the insurance company. His guys were quick and efficient! When they were finished, we didn't even know they were there. I mean cleaned up every bit of evidence! They did things the right way, not cutting any corners. I would recommend Pearson Roofing to anyone!
