We just had a hard rain and the sunroom is now leaking again. We still appreciate the effort this company put forth, but we're feeling very defeated. I guess we'll just have to move.

First of all I have to say is WOW. The communication, transparency and craftsmanship are all top notch. Dealing with Mike has been simple, easy and trustworthy. Our new roof looks amazing and I have full confidence that it was done properly. Highly recommended.

Hands down the best roofing experience I've ever had! Pearson Roofing is above board, honest, professional and approached my job with the utmost integrity. Honestly, Pearson came in and saved the day after botched GC work we were still enduring. They were extremely communicative with me and my family throughout the entire process, kept to set work schedules and initial estimates provided an even tidied up the work area and yard prior to leaving. We are extremely satisfied with their work and the finished product. I would highly recommend Pearson Roofing and only Pearson Roofing (especially Gary!) for any of your roofing or gutter needs. I just read the reviews, and it seems almost everyone agrees with how good Pearson is.

I agree wholeheartedly, and here's why...

hail damaged roof in McKinney March 2019. Bad news for most of us, since it means lots of damage and headaches coordinating with our insurance company. We lost two cars as well, but luckily everyone was safe!

We asked our Realtor who has almost 20 rental houses for a referral, and she immediately told us about Jason. He had worked with her for almost a decade, does all her roofs, and trusted him completely. We also knew the business card he gave us had not come from Vista Print last week, like so many of the random ""Roofers"" who came by in the following weeks!

We trust her judgement, and talked to Jason extensively, who explained the process, and it all seemed fine.

Then we told him about our trip to China. Hail storm last week of March, our 5 week trip scheduled first week of April.

Jason didn't blink... ""No problem at all, I will handle the details, keep in touch via Email (time zones 11 hours apart: yikes!), and let you know of any issues""

Sure, I have heard this before, we all have, right?

Emails were minimal. No hassles on my end, Jason took care of all the details with Farmers Insurance (who I also have to give credit to), and scheduled all the contractors and supplies.

I came back 4 days ago to a brand new roof, flashing, vents, new screens, gutters, garage trim and 2 new windows. Shutters already scheduled to be replaced. Did I forget anything? Nope, don't think so.

This was the easiest major repair/replace I have ever had done, and I wasn't even around.

If you want a stand up guy who does what he says he will do. Who does it with the quality you would expect as if he owned it himself, Jason is your guy.

Jason has my business for as long as it is hailing in Texas!

The June hailstorm prompted our first experience with needing a new roof. On recommendation of our neighbor, we worked with Pearson Roofing. From the start, Mike and Gary helped us navigate the process while answering all of our questions (seriously, we asked a lot of questions) while remaining transparent about the process, repairs, and costs. We couldn't be more pleased with our new roof and gutters as well as the experience as a whole. Pearson Roofing gets my fullest recommendation.

The initial inspection and working with the insurance is great. However, scheduling and subsequent followup is lousy. Initially it was scheduled in the beginning of June but due to heavy rain on the scheduled date. I never able to get an answer when they will come. Then one night late 10pm, I heard loud truck noises in the back alley and fortunately I opened the garage to see what's going on - they are trying to drop the dumpster in front of the garage!! - No one ever called me to inform they will be starting the next day and I can't even get out of the garage and I have dogs that needs to be scheduled to be boarded otherwise they will freak out when they are pounding on the roof. After some arguments with them, they move the dumpster away and promised to call next morning to confirm to start on day after next. Then at 1am, they came back and dropped the dumpster in the front of the house. The next day at 7am , I went for breakfast and scheduled the dogs for boarding the following day, at 730am I returned home because I forgot to take out the trash.... and discovered they already started the work !!!! and I am really upset about this, called the salesman and he had no idea they are starting, called the office and the person answered has no idea neither. After the work is completed and I discovered each ridge vent is much shorter than before and I called the salesman, they agreed to fix it and of course waited several uncertain weeks just like before and then they finally fixed it. Now, they have all the extra shingles, nails, ridge vents left in the front of the house and do I have to constantly calling them and will they ever come and pick it up ? Am I expected to clean up the work site ?

Mike at pearson roofing was dealing with my insurance company over low estimates after we had a pretty bad hail storm and I would call them again......thanks mike.

Mike si who we have been dealing with and I can't say enough of how great of work he's done. We had damage from hell storm in March and it was 30k worth of damage. He worked diligently with the Insurance company to get the funds we needed.
Mike is now working on a 2nd house we own.
