He is very knowledgeable with his line of work and provided a fair quote. The job was started and completed in a timely manner. The crew did a great job and when they finished Mr. Pearson personally came out and ensured the work met his standards. The cleanup was down thoroughly and all was left in order. They replaced a vent collar and some shingles. Very reasonable price and fast service. I never saw them. We did everything by internet and phone. Very convenient. No more water dripping on the microwave. Other roofers I called either did not answer their phone, did not return messages, or never gave me an estimate.

He put a lot of consideration into the bid, and clearly explained all the options. The work happened very promptly, and when they discovered some support work on my roof that needed to to be done, they completed it with high quality work, at a very surprisingly low additional fee, which they had me pre-approve. Recently, I needed proof of this work for an insurance quote. Within hours Steve Powers followed up on my request and had mailed me my paperwork records.

Stacy himself supervised the job and made sure it got done right in every way and the last 18"" of rain has proved he is great at his craft. He is one of the only hand nailing roofers around. His quality of work, reliability, and dependability and guarantee is outstanding.

Through the vendor selection process, I learned this is an unregulated industry with many companies changing legal entities frequently to shirk their warranties. With Stacy Pearson using his personal name in his company and having been around so many years, I chose to go with him. Now after experiencing his professionalism and follow through on a very steep and complicated roof, I am sure glad I did.
