I learned a lot about the roofing business over the last few months. Mainly that there are a lot of shady companies out there. It's like they have a roofing contractor script because most of the companies I looked at told me the same questionable story about getting my roof replaced. I don't know anything about roofing but some of the things I was told couldn't have been correct.
I got a total of 5 bids and 3 of those I completely did not trust. Lots of weird games going on as I was getting bids. Marc at Peak was hands down the best to deal with. I actually feel bad because he was the fourth person I got a bid from and I was very guarded and skeptical. Marc was extremely straightforward and in my opinion very honest. He made it very easy. So easy I kept wondering what the catch was going to be. There wasn't one.
The range in bid prices was stunning. Even with the same brand of shingles. Peak Roofing's price came in towards the lower end of the bid range so I felt I got good service and quality at a fair price.
The roof is such an expensive repair and obviously there's lots of money out there based on the trucks some of these roofing guys drive. Definitely at times an overwhelming experience. I would absolutely recommend Marc and Peak Roofing and Construction.

After the hail storms in the spring of 2022, I contacted Jeff at Peak Roofing to provide a quote on replacing/repairing my roof and fence. I had used his company in prior years and was very satisfied with the work and customer service. This second go around was no different. The roof replacement and a new fence were completed on schedule and they were more than willing to work around my timeline as well. They worked directly with the insurance company and the city to get all payments and permits in line, we had a thorough discussion on coverages, deductibles etc. and I am more than satisfied with the performance and the price. I feel this company deals with their clients in the most honest way and will definitely recommend them to family and friends and use them for any future issues.

Our roof had a small leak after the last storm so I gave Peak Roofing a call. I scheduled an appointment with them and Charlie came by the next day to check out the roof. He gave recommendations on what we could do and worked on a schedule that worked best for me. After the work was done, Charlie personally came by to check out to make sure that there were no more leaks. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with with responsiveness, workmanship, and price!

We had wind damage that resulted in shingles being blown off. I call Peak the next morning and by 10 am they had a crew in site drying us in. Peak helped me navigate my insurance claim and made the entire process painless. The owner Jeff reached out after the work was completed to personally follow up and ensure we were happy with the results. I have never experienced better customer service anywhere for any thing. I have a guy for everything and Jeff is my guy for roofs and gutters!

We needed a fix for an overflow issue with gutter over back patio. Peak had great reviews. I contacted them, next day they came for estimate, the day after they did the repair. Very reasonable and it looks great. The addition matches the existing gutters like it was there from the beginning. I would definitely use Peak in the future.

I had a project needing to be addressed. I called 4-5 companies and Peak was 1 of 2 companies that got back to me. And theirs was the ONLY one that included an itemized list of repairs. After seeing the positive reviews I went with them. Once the crew started work they discovered some extra repair needed. The cost for additional repair was very reasonable. My rep Jimmy was great. He followed up after providing the bid and during the process. He went above and beyond to make sure I'd be satisfied with the end job. I would definitely recommend them for future work. The bid was reasonable. The crew worked hard. And all my questions/phone calls were answered in a timely manner.

One of my gutters overflowed during a recent downpour. I contacted Peak Roofing the next day. They were able to get someone out right away (Tony) to take a look at my gutter and downspout.
He cleaned my gutter and downspout and also re-attached the downspout where it had come loose from the house. He did a great job, took his shoes off at the door before he came in without me even asking, and was a really nice guy. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.
