I generally do not write reviews, but I absolutely wanted to do a review for this particular company! I worked with Jonathan, who supervised our new roof installation from start to finish. High quality work, excellent communication, workers were there on time & always cleaned up everything each day, we were done on time and on budget. My highest recommendation for this company, you will not be disappointed!!

I requested a home inspection for the roof leak caused by the solar system, they were able to send someone in a timely manner. Enrique is a knowledgeable inspector. He reminded me that I should check with my solar company to see if removing the panel would void the warranty, which the previous inspector and the solar company didn't mention at all. He also gave us some alternative suggestions to repair the roof to avoid leaks when installing the panels back. Although we didn't go with Peak Builders in the end due to my solar company not approving the quote and forcing me to use their contractor, they seem to get the job done right.

They responded fairly promptly to my request for a quote. I used their website to leave a message and I got a call. However, once they learned that the house is being sold, the person I spoke to immediately said that they don't do inspection on houses for sale. So, that ended the request.

From beginning to end this was amazing. This company does a fantastic job and their people are amazing (professional and friendly). I first met with Enrique who game me the initial quote to Josh (installer) who did a fantastic job installing a 16 x 24 patio shade (insulated) with two fans, lights and electrical outlets. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with their work. Reasonably priced and professionally installed. Not only do they do an amazing job installing, they cleaned up afterwards. They left my backyard looking incredible. I would recommend this company without any hesitations what so ever. Thank you Peak Builders for an amazing job.

Peak Builder's did my condo roof, drywall, and painting repairs. They provided a quick competitive quote, were on time with only a 30-minute window needed for the appointment, and finished the job on time and without any additional charges added. They went above and beyond to address any issues or concerns throughout. They provided reliable, honest service and prioritization of customer satisfaction first, which is extremely hard to find these days. In fact, the other units in my complex that used other roofing companies wished they had gone with mine!

Our roof sprung a small leak somewhere near our fireplace after the heavy rains that we experienced in San Diego in March and April of this year (2023). We called Peak Roofing and Ben came out to give us a quote. He did this even though they were swamped with other callers who also had roof issues due to the heavy rains. He provided a quote which we felt was very thorough and fair. He also responded to all my calls and questions. I always felt he knew what he was doing and was comfortable working with him. After having to reschedule due to recurrent rainstorms, he and his crew did not disappoint. His crew came out on the agreed upon date and completed the job within three days as promised. His crew was neat, hardworking, friendly and very professional. They did excellent work and we are very happy with the results. It rained a few times after they completed the work on our roof and no leaks! I definitely would recommend Peak Roofing and plan to have them quote and work on other projects in our home. We had a great experience with Peak Builders and Jonathan. I am one to make a spreadsheet of roofing contractors who I got quotes from: how timely were they? How nice and easy to talk to? How did they break out the pricing options on the quote like I asked them to? Finally, who had the best price? I was not surprised to see that Peak Builders rated top in the first questions, and had the lowest price with a warranty. Jonathan keeps great communication throughout, and rolls with the punches when there are new developments (I cant find an electrician to remove my solar panels; Jonathan makes some calls and handles if for a small fee). The finished product was exactly as I expected, and the subsequent mess I expected in the yard was not there. Shop around and make your own comparisons.

To be quiet, honest talking to a construction man can be very intimidating. With peak builders I worked with Ben and never felt intimidated. I never felt like I was being talked over or told things I didn't understand. I asked Ben what it would cost to rebuild my dream home and he was realistic and honest. We went over what was a necessity and what was extra and what I felt comfortable with. The construction crew was respectful of my home and very polite with any interaction we had. Highly recommend Ben, for any project, consultation or honest feedback. I'm super happy with the work and the way my home looks. Thanks guys!

I hired Peak Builders to temporarily remove my solar, tear off my roof, remove an old HVAC platform, install a new roof, and reinstall solar.

I loved that Peak Builders was one of the few contractors I interviewed that could take care of all my home needs. Their price was fair for the work. They were incredibly responsive, communicative throughout, and stayed on schedule despite some rain during the project. They were committed to the job until every last detail was complete and I was satisfied.

I highly recommend looking at Peak Builders for any home improvement project that you have both big or small.
