Their representative Austin was wonderful to work with; we were able to get a very good job done on short notice and it looks great. I just had my roof replaced by Peak Builders and what a fantastic job they did. My sales rep (Ryan) was professional, very well spoken, and was attentive to my concerns. The workers were great and very respectful of my property. They laid down plastic and made sure their work area was cleaned up daily. Once the roof was installed, Ivan returned to drywall in the skylights. He went above and beyond with the repair. All in all, I'm extremely pleased with my decision in choosing Peak Builders. Peak Builders and Roofers of San Diego are absolutely remarkable! I noticed a water stain on the ceiling in one of our bedrooms. This led to discovering a water leak from our roof. I called Peak and Nir was nice enough to come out and inspect my roof and provide two separate quotes- a full section repair and a smaller section repair. I selected the smaller section repair and Nir's crew came out right after Thanksgiving. They removed the affected solar panels and tiles. They identified the damaged area and fully repaired it, installing new underlayment, replacing any broken tile and reinstalling solar panels. The crew was professional and efficient. For a job that was estimated to take a week only tokk two days! I would highly recommend Peak Roofers to anyone needing a roof repair.

Peak Builders did a superb job on my roof. My roof is very steep and has curved eaves. The roofers were extremely skilled and my interactions with them were very professional. Ryan, the project manager, responded quickly when I had questions during the installation process. The installation was completed with very high standards. My roof looks amazing.!!

We had some extensive damage caused by a hot water pipe leak between our 2 bathrooms. I received bids from 5 different companies. My wife and I talked with 4 of the companies and were about to go with the first one when we met with the fifth company, Peak Builders. Austin Ellery, the project manager for Peak Builders, talked to us and gave us a very fair and competitive bid. But even more important was how he made my wife and I feel. He gave us some of his background story and we were convinced that integrity, honesty, and quality were very important to him, as well as to Peak Builders. We agreed on the price, signed the contract, and they started work the next day.

Two bathrooms and the master bedroom all needed repair. This included replacing all the floor tiles in the 3 rooms, the drywall in both bathrooms, putting in a whole new shower in the master bathroom, and putting in 2 new vanities along with all the bathroom fixtures. All of the rooms were also painted and we had a new fan installed in the bedroom. Installing the new shower was a major job, but it was done wonderfully. The two main workers, Juan and his daughter Adriana, were simply great. We loved the work they did and I appreciated how hard they both worked. They actually noticed that one of the vanities I bought had some water damage to it, even though it was suppose to be brand new. I bought another vanity, but it did not fit correctly, so I had to order a third one, which finally worked and looked fine. They never complained about having to do the same vanity job three times. We both love our new bathrooms and are so glad to be home after being out for quite awhile.

I never had the chance to meet Eli, the owner. But he was willing to help me negotiate a better deal with my insurance company when they continually tried to lowball me. I felt like he truly cared about all the problems I was having with my claims adjuster.

We are so pleased that Austin, Juan, and Adriana consistently went the extra mile to try and make our house look as nice as they could. I am grateful to all the hard work they did, and their concern for small things. We also had a good time talking to Juan and Adriana off and on during the day. They worked really hard, but at the same time they were very personable and very friendly.

My wife and I are really happy with all the work that was done by Peak Builders. Austin played such a key role in the whole project. We might never had gone with them if Austin had not made such a good impression on our first meeting. So thank you, Austin.
And special thanks to Juan and Adriana! I will never go past Cotijas again without thinking of the two of you; you're the best! So thank you and well done to the entire company! I will certainly call you in the future should the need arise, and will not hesitate to recommend you to our friends.

Honesty in businesses today is not a common thing. This business really earns and deserves their five star rating. First off, I cannot comment on Peak Roofers quality of work. But based on the numerous five star reviews I believe it is as good as the reviews demonstrate. I called this company for an inspection to see if our roof was in need of a new underlayment or any needed repairs. My call to them was answered immediately and an appointment was schedules within a few days. Ryan came out to inspect the roof (cement tile). He was polite and professional. He brought his own ladder and got right to it. He spent a good amount of time on the entire roof and his inspection was thorough. When he came down he informed us that our roof was in very good condition and it would not need work for many more years.
One other company told us to do the valleys and a few other spots$$$. We will definitely hire Peak Roofers when we do need work done in the future.

I had a few home repair/improvement projects that needed to be done, which were revealed due to the heavy rainfall that we experienced during the last winter season. The work included roof and fascia repair and replacement, gutter and leaf guard installation, and retrofit/new construction windows. This also included interior and exterior painting, and stucco work.

My uncle had just gotten his leaky roof fixed earlier this year by Peak Builders and Roofers. He was very pleased with their work so he forwarded me their contact info. He recommended that I contact Peak Builders project manager, Enrique Liht, with whom he worked with. I did just that. Now...I've been through a couple of major home remodels in the past. Although the amount of work that I needed done was not to that degree, I expected an element of stress. To my surprise, my experience with hiring Peak Builders and Roofers was actually quite smooth and worry-free. I credit this to a pleasant, working relationship with Enrique. From the initial contract proposal thru the inevitable change orders, Enrique was very easy to work with. He's knowledgeable, friendly and a consummate professional. He was always on-time when we agreed to meet at the house. Even my uncle pointed out how prompt Enrique and the Peak contractors were. Enrique communicates well - his schedule estimates were spot-on and I received regular updates for items on order. When I had a question and wanted to speak with him on the phone, Enrique called me back within the hour.

In the end, the quality of the work and materials was top-notch and the workers kept the area broom-clean after they completed their tasks. Would I hire them again? Absolutely. I would also recommend them 100% to anyone that needs any kind of roofing or remodeling work done. Be sure to ask for Enrique to head your project.

We used Peak Builders and Roofers for three projects recently, our roof, driveway, and a kids' bathroom. We were extremely happy with the process and results for each one. From the bid through the actual build, we had confidence that the jobs would go well. Judah and Eli were professional,communicative, and friendly and most importantly, the people they sent to our home on a daily basis were trustworthy and hard working. I have heard so many horror stories from friends related to construction and I am grateful that all three projects went off without a hitch. The quality of subcontractors Peak used. Was impressive. I felt that all of them provided a high level quality of work and confidence that isn't typically seen these days.
