We began our search for a roofing contractor in December 2021, and Peak Builders was our first quote. We gathered several quotes and some were provided without ever coming to our property. Jonathan was available for all our questions and concerns. We took two months to make a final decision and even when we did we didn't want the job to start until June. Peak Builders was very accommodating all along including just before before the job was to begin we had to push it out a week, and that seemingly was not a problem. In hindsight - how big this project was - was impressive they could postpone for us. The job was scheduled for three weeks and was done three days shy of that. The crew cleaned up each day, the best that can be done considering all debris and new tile pallets. They have also agreed to have the driveway power washed to remove all rubber, oil tar markings.

The roof looks amazing and the few issues we had along the way were corrected immediately. Jonathan was great to work with and we are extremely pleased we chose Peak Builders.

Their team finished our roof in TWO days. So fast. Unfortunately, the roofing nails did some damage to the exterior exposed eaves. They had a separate painter come out and painstakingly fix every little nail. Really happy with the result and their professionalism. Jonathan was a fantastic project manager and was a great communicator. I've already recommended them to friends.

I am so so glad we went with Peak Builders for our roof replacement. We received estimates from a few companies and we chose them for the price as well as the clear communication we got from them from the start. We worked with Bar and his team to help out with a repair on the flat-roof section of our house. From the storm that passed through about a month ago, there was water leaking through to the ceiling, and given that much more rain was coming through over the holidays, we were in urgent need of help. Bar and the Peak team were super helpful and accommodating, fitting us into their schedule within a few days of the initial call, which is especially appreciated considering the timing around the holidays. The team was super thorough and efficient to get the quality job done quickly. They removed the 3+ layer existing roofing, inspected the wood underneath to see if any needed to be replaced, and then installed and torched the new roofing. We just bought a house in Jamul that needed a new roof. We got the attic cleaned out, & new insulation put in, but we didn't have a plywood deck underneath the concrete tiles. It was a literal graveyard of rats up there! Attica (who did the attic restoration) recommended Enrique with Peak Builders. He is a hard working man, great with communication, & good guy to deal with. My roof was over 3000 sq ft, all new plywood deck, waterproof, shingles, & facia took about 2 weeks! No more rats or leaks, & the roof looks amazing.

Wife and I are new homeowners, and we had been struggling for a bit to find a roofer. Either the local roofers where we live were really flaky and never called back, or the roofers in town said we were too far out of the way.

Enrique, however, made the travel out to our home no issue. He was very nice, timely, and thorough with explaining everything. From the moment we called, they never missed a beat and kept contact with us the whole time about the project from start to finish.

The roof repair over the majority of our home took only two days! The result was beautiful, and now we don't have to worry about any leaks. We will definitely call again in the future when we plan to have more work done.
