Very pleased. They had replaced several roofs in our subdivision due to storm damage over time. Neighbors I spoke with were happy. Project manager Alex was excellent to work with. They handled the whole project end to end, working with an independent adjuster, the insurance and mortage company as well on my behalf. Communication through phone, text, and email was frequent and efficient. Well organized operations. They replaced my roof in December and due to the limited hours of daylight, added a double crew to be able to finish in one day. Installed architectural shingles which were a step up from builder grade but acceptable within the insurance guidelines. Would recommend to others.

I have a ""please no soliciting"" sign six to twelve inches away from my doorknob and a hello door bell camera..The video clearly shows the sales person walking up to my front door, looking at my no soliciting sign and then proceed to ring my door bell on an off for a solid five minutes..

I can only imagine the type of work they do and the pressure tactics they apply if this is their approved sales campaign...

I was completely misled. This is the classic bait and switch. I was offered ""$1000 roof upgrade"" that ended up costing me over $4000. Rafael Berrios COMPLETELY misled me and hid true costs. He neglected to inform me that the initial estimate would be significantly inflated from actual costs and he also decided to not inform me of other hidden costs. An initial estimate of an $8000 job was quoted $16000 to my insurance company. This is a money making company who doesn't not care about honesty in up-front costs. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Peachtree Restorations is one of the Master Elite™ Contractors listed in GAF's website and I found the company there. Among the Master Elite contractors in my area I contacted, Peachtree Restorations was the first one to respond, as a matter of fact, Milton Brannon came to our house the very day I requested the estimate.

Milton carefully inspected our roof. Based on the inspection, he sat down with us and explained how he would help us to fire the claim with our insurance company (because hail damage was found), educated us on our current shingle, the new building code requirements, the GAF roof products, and the GAF warranty packages, helped us understand each of the steps. He genuinely showed his desire to make us happy with the products and services.

Although the insurance claim eventually was denied, Milton helped us at every step through the insurance claim process and did his best representing our interest. He was also very thoughtful as we reviewed the cost estimates, in terms of helping us avoid unnecessary upgrades. He patiently guided us in selecting our preferred shingle type and color, not only provided us with reference photos, but also twice brought to our house the shingle samples. His help was invaluable to us in our decision making, and we greatly appreciate his time and expertise.

Milton made a great effort to move up the installation date to fit my travel schedule. The crew was very professional. They meticulously picking up all the nails from the site with the magnetic rollers. Milton even ask the crew to replace all the gutter guards that were damaged during the old roof removal, at no-charge. They really did an excellent job.

Our new roof is awesome! We just love it!!

Asked around at work about roofers and two of my co-workers gave rave reviews about Peachtree Restorations. Let me tell you, they weren't lying! Our roof had a hidden leak that caved in the ceiling of an upstairs office. Peachtree Restorations handled all the insurance dealings and got us a great price. The work was exceptional: highest quality roof with a lifetime warranty. It looks fabulous, and they did all the work in one day. Couldn't have expected anything better. Call them, ask for Rafael.

The salesman are very aggressive and I had to complain to the BBB about them in my neighborhood. There are large signs at the entrance of my subdivision that says NO SOLICITING and in case solicitors miss that sign there is another large sign on my front door that says ABSOLUTELY NO SOLICITING. What did their salesman do? Ignore every sign and still proceed to solicit their business. Unbelievable! Their response was "" our project managers leave information and its up to you if you want to use our services. Guess they don't understand that they can be sued and the police will be called if they come again for trespassing. Idiots! If they don't listen and follow these simple instructions I can only imagine how they treat their customers!

Milton Brannon and Peachtree Restorations gave us an amazing roof and has amazing customer service!

There was a hail storm and our roof started leaking through the ceiling and into our living room. We had never had an issue with a roof leak before or dealt with our insurance before, so I contacted my insurance company first. My insurance company sent an independent inspector who spent a few minutes on our roof and later our insurance company told us that our roof was undamaged, we had no hail damage, and that they would not cover a roof replacement nor cover the repair for our leak. I should have known that we would get that response from an insurance company... so we started calling
up different roofing companies. When most of the companies found out that the insurance inspector had already denied a claim, they lost interest and didn't think it worth their time to come out to inspect our roof.

But, when we called Peachtree Restorations, they were willing to help us work with our insurance company, and they still came out to inspect our roof.

Milton Brannon came to our house and did a detailed and careful inspection of our roof. His many years of experience showed that he was very diligent in analyzing our roof. He sat down with us and explained how he would help us work with our insurance company, educated us on our current shingles and our options, and helped us understand each step. He was very earnest and genuine in his desire to help us.

We set up a second roof inspection with our insurance company, but this time we had a Peachtree Restorations inspector present as well. Our Peachtree Restorations inspector did a very thorough job, and found several shingles with hail damage, ones that our insurance company had missed before. Now, the insurance company concurred with the findings on the spot.

Milton helped us at each and every step through the insurance claim process, was very patient and thoughtful as we looked for the right shingles. He was also willing to be open and creative in terms of working with us on the upgrades and cost. Being first time homeowners and experiencing this with our roof, Milton understood this and explicitly said, ""We want you to be happy with the roof and the shingles and everything....that's our top priority."" He spent many hours with us in guiding us through the different shingle selections and upgrades as well as with cost. We were so anxious about having to choose the shingle color, because we knew that we would be seeing this color everyday. During one of several meetings with us, Milton brought in several sample roof selections so that we could see the samples in person and actually ""feel"" what the roof would feel like. He also prepared a detailed list of addresses so that we could see the company's craftsmanship. He even did a virtual reality ""roof makeover"" so that we could see what our house would look like with the roof colors from different exterior angles. Milton's patience in waiting for us to decide the shingles was invaluable to us, and we greatly appreciate his time and experience in our decision process.

The crew was very professional, worked meticulously, and did a great job. Milton and Peachtree also made the interior repairs, and he again did everything to make sure that we were happy.

Milton is a thoughtful listener and gave us one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. Milton really went out of his way to help us on numerous occasions. We would give him 10 stars on a five star rating in terms of customer service, price, quality, and integrity!

Our roof looks great, and after more than a year, we have had no problems whatsoever with the workmanship.Our neighbors always walk by our house and I can see them really look at our roof. Many of our fellow neighbors have asked us who did our roof, because it is so beautiful. We happily tell them about Peachtree Restorations and to work with Milton.
