I would have given them more stars but unfortunately that was not an option. What an appropriate name ""Peace of Mind"". Jeff, Tom and Troy were literally on top of everything. And what they weren't on top of they worked it out. Informative, knowledgeable, with complete communication. They have got you covered. I thank God they came into my life. Highly Recommend!

PEACE OF MIND ROOFING is a Classy Company
My reasons and observations for why I make this claim:
1. Punctual. They were on time every time. Peace of Mind Roofing showed up when they said they would. I observed this not only with me but with my neighbors who were also customers having roof replacements done at varying times.
2. They listened to me before they spoke. Their intent was to provide outstanding customer service and they did this by listening more and speaking less when it came to getting to know me and understanding my needs. This demonstrated to me that my opinions and questions were of value.
3. Gratitude. Peace of Mind Roofing displayed their gratitude for my business by working with me on how to save money, without cutting corners. Pictures were taken and shared with me for resolution purposes as well as for keeping me notified of the work status. Jeff Peersmann handled all the details involving the insurance needs and communications, hence providing ""peace of mind"" that nothing was overlooked or had fallen through the cracks.
4. Respect. Not only did they treat me with respect but they also showed respect towards their crew. The roofing crew was working under harsh conditions with triple digit heat. I watched as Troy Kleasner insured his men took adequate breaks, providing them with bottled water and overseeing their welfare so that no one became ill. Troy even helped me out of the house for a doctor's appointment because I was on crutches and escorted me back when I returned. He was such a gentleman and genuine person.
5. Ethical. They keep their word. Jeff and Troy do what they say they will do and the only thing that would prevent that from happening is Mother Nature. Weather obviously has a major impact in the roofing business.
6. Humble. Jeff Peersmann and Troy Kleasner were both down to earth, very easy to talk to and genuine. They intently listened and were never boastful or arrogant. They quickly owned a mistake and made it right. This roofing company is not about ego but about excellent customer service, striving for growth, improvement and a desire to live and be the best personally and professionally.
Upon the completion of my roof and fence, I told Jeff Peersmann his company will be the one I come to for any future roofing needs and claims. I appreciate all the honesty, professionalism, excellence and friendship given to me by Peace of Mind Roofing.

After a leak, we immediately had a representative from peace of mind roofing on the roof checking it out, even though it is a busy time with recent storms. Our roof was repaired the next morning. They were constantly in contact directly over phone and text from the moment I called. Extremely friendly and professional. I am confident that the repair was done right. They even went above and beyond and tuned up some other areas of the roof. A thorough inspection was done, and lots of pictures were provided. They didn't try to sell anything that wasn't needed, and gave a perfect overview of what was going on with our roof.

I contacted them about a leak in my skylight and they were out within 2 days and had it fixed in no time. Very happy with their friendly service.
