Great job repairing my balcony wood floor. Very responsive customer service. I give them 5 stars.

My association hired them to perform waterproofing work on our East wall.
1)The cost was substantial and the start date was delayed because Of scaffolding they had to ""order and reserve in advance"" they stated, however, the workers that showed up did not even know about any scaffolding requirements and ended up going to Home Depot to put together a scaffold at the last minute which delayed the start of the project. So why the original delay start and large scaffolding cost if they were just going to throw it together at the last minute anyway?
2) When the work was completed my association hired an independent company to perform a water test specifically on their repair, the repair failed the test as water is still leaking into the unit, the work has a 1 year warranty so we contacted them to enforce the warranty. They sent out their ""COO"" on December 2 to meet with a board member and the affected home owner, he photographed the affected area, asked a few questions and left. It has been over three weeks and there has been absolutely no follow up despite repeated emails and phone calls to the company from the board which have all been IGNORED and we are now faced with an oncoming storm system tonight. Do NOT hire this company as they collect your money and do not back up their warranty.

I have used PCW for a variety of repairs including wood siding/exterior repairs, roof repairs, interior repairs, deck repairs/replacement and other waterproofing repairs. PCW has great customer service, good pricing and I can rely on them to get the job done.

I've had PCW work on many projects for me at my communities from wood repairs, tot lot tune-ups and fence replacements. They are always priced well, very professional and handle the logistics great. I'll always received great quality work from their team and excellent customer service.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company gives you the run around. Such poor communication from ""Janie"" in the office to the ones actually doing the job. They make you waste your time sitting around for them to not show up when they are supposed. They have nothing to say to correct anything. This is just the beginning with this company.... if you can save yourself the headache and hassle and avoid them like the plague!

Hong, Tyrone & Santos worked on a very arduous project in my condo and despite many obstacles due to bad planning on the part of our HOA and difficult neighbors, they came through 100%. Not only did they complete the job amazingly, but they went above and beyond what the job required. They took it upon themselves to fix things in the unit that were not even part of the contracted work. They said they ""wanted everything to be perfect.""
Very cool guys and great at what they do. Highly recommend.

We had a broken wall along our property leaning onto common area. I was contacted quickly by Greg from PCW to get the job started within a few days.
Navor, an 18 year veteran with PCW, and his son Fernando, now one year with PCW looked over the damage and took samples of the blocks and bricks. They were back the next day and did the majority of the demolition work. The following day they started the repairs. The entire project was completed within one week and they did a fantastic job. They worked efficiently, were careful on our property, they were polite and just delightful individuals. I would have them work on any project around our place any time.
Huge kudos to PCW and to our two excellent workers fora project well done.

The HOA refurbishment market place is a very tough place to be a contractor as there is always politics within the HOA between those that want to keep their places maintained in top condition and those that just want to put ""band aids"" on problems. As construction managers that work with these types of contractors every day, I can say there are few that will go to the extra effort to do the right thing and really work to make the job run smoothly. PCW is one of those companies. They listen and are responsive to our requests. They work hard to do follow our direction to make a project run smoothly and efficiently. They are capable, qualified and experienced and over the many years we have worked with them they have not let us down. They are a professional company dedicated to serving the HOA industry and they do a great job at what they do.

PCW was contracted by our HOA to do repairs to the firewall in the attic of my condo. Their rep was prompt, professional, and tidy. What set him apart is that he told me there were old rodent traps in the attic and offered to remove them. He did so and when we tried to tip him, he politely refused. He did it as a favor. Stellar!!!!!!!

It truly pains me that I have to give PCW contractors one star just to start a review on yelp. Incompetence and communication are the two words that come to mind when I hear about PCW contractors. I'll start out by mentioning that I have over 15 years of experience in hiring and working closely with contractors in both the property management, hotel industry and real estate industry. Currently I am a resident within the Laguna Village homeowners association in Laguna Hills and this company was contracted to do a full repainting of the condos. They began by posting notices on everyone's garage door back in May giving us about a one-week notice that they would begin a power washing and then start a painting job a few days later. First problem was that despite the notices, this did not take place until mid July, yes mid July I said. I called the supervisor that was listed on the document multiple times and was given the runaround. Then the proposed start dates in July struck and we completely prepped our condo by removing everything from the patio and common areas. We even moved the patio furniture inside our living room as well during that time frame. Second problem is that they did not show up for days on end and eventually a couple of weeks later to begin the power washing and paint job, which now takes us into mid to late July. When they finally showed up, everything seemed to go fine with the power washing and then they begin to prep the building for the painting many many days later past the originally announced date. The painting was finished somewhere around July 20 and then we received another notice on the door that they would return on a particular date to do touch up paint. As you probably already guessed, they failed to show up on said date and did not show up for many more days beyond that. Randomly one day, someone put a ladder up against my patio climbed up and began to do the touch up paint. All of these projects seem to happen at random times and weeks from the originally announced dates. In August probably around a month after the condo was painted we were informed via another notice that the crew would return to paint our front doors and stairways the new color scheme. After the power washing and painting they left the condos exterior in complete disarray with paint spots everywhere and some broken items. I've included some pictures below. The entryways and stairway cases were left covered in absolute filth, paint splatter and overspray since mid July. Quite embarrassing to have family and friends come to visit and see such a mess that we have zero control over. Now during this whole time I was in communication with both the homeowners association and PCW. PCW has failed to call me back on multiple occasions and the on-site property manager is blaming the communication on PCW. Total run around and no one knows what the hell is going on. Completely and utterly unacceptable. This brings me to the end of September and once again we have another notice on the door informing us that our entry doors would finally be painted the new color scheme on October 3. This happened to fall on a week where I would be out of town, since the detailed instructions informed us that our entry door must remain open for at least three hours, I was now not willing to accommodate them. I called the supervisor who shall remain nameless based off his information on the flyer and requested that they paint my door on a date I would be home just a few short days later. He guaranteed that would be no problem whatsoever. When I return from my trip, I pulled into my driveway to witness my carport door left wide open and black splatters of paint on my stairway case and stucco leading up to my entry door. They also moved some of my personal belongings inside the carport garage. At this point, I am so disgusted and as I am writing this review on October 11th 2017, nobody has showed up to finish the job that started in July. I am literally wasting my breath and energy on this job and I am not even the property manager here. Nobody is being held accountable or willing to except responsibility for this piss poor job. If someone from PCW would like to speak with me, please send me a message and I would be happy to meet.
