C+C Roofing was scheduled to give us an estimate on a new roof this morning by 9:00 AM. It is now 12:41 PM, C+C still a no show. I called at 9:30 AM left a message saying we were scheduled to get an estimate today by 9:00AM. There has been no return call.

Ozzie and his Crews replaced my roof back in March 2011.
I am very satisfied with his work. He is trustworthy and very patient in
explaining everything. He let me upgrade the materials up to the last
hour. He did his job the old fashion way , no e-mail/internet , just Fax .

At first I was not sure as I got 5 very competitive bids and not many reviews from yelp. But his patient and sincerity won me over.
He covered a hole on my roof during the big rains, before I signed the contract. A very pleasant experience and job well done . 5 stars.

Ozzie & his crew did a great job with our roof back in the 1990's. At that time Yelp review was around. But now that I looked back to get their info for a friend, I remember they did a good job at a decent price. They cleaned up the debris and were easy to work with. They only take checks and do not require a deposit, only payment when work is done to your satisfaction. Cost depends on what type of material you want.


I just called them today & they are still around. It's a small crew of 6 and they have been in business since 1977. Cont Lic 499282. Located at 89 S. 21st St., San Jose, CA 95116.
