Pablo was very professional and prompt! Called him up and got a quote within a week and our torch down roof was completed by the end of the fallowing week. 3 days total including taking off previous and installing new roof! Pablo handled the roofing portion of our solar installation. He and his crew were outstanding. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend them to you. Here's why:
- The price was competitive.
- The work went EXACTLY as planned. That includes the cost, start date, duration, and completion date.
- Pablo provided me updates daily. He encouraged me to reach out with questions, comments, concerns.
- At the start of the job I showed Pablo two locations to store the shingles that were being removed for potential future use. At the end of the job, that's exactly where the excess shingles were placed. I didn't need to say things more than once.
- The crew was courteous, professional, careful, respectful, and easy to talk to. They also worked well with the solar crew, communicating very well to insure their efforts were in sync.
- Even though the crew placed a spill pan under their vehicles. one of the trucks leaked a few spots of oil on our driveway pavers. I texted photos to Pablo and he came out the next day with a cleaner that didn't remove the stains. So, he came back the next day with a different cleaner and replacement pavers in case the second cleaner didn't work. He ended up replacing one paver since the cleaner worked well on the others. The point is, he took ownership for the problem and fixed it ASAP.

My roof had terrible leaks due to faulty craftsmanship and deterioration. My contractor for interior rebuild work recommended Pablo for my roof needs. I had 3 separate inspections of my roof within a two month timespan. Pablo's was the third, and he did a thorough inspection and found all the same problem areas. However, he was the only inspection to zero-in on where the leaks were forming as well as where future problems may arise. I wasn't in a financial position to fix the whole roof, so Pablo only quoted me a price for the areas most in need. A very fair price for the amount of work and manpower needed! Pablo was consistently quick to respond to any phone calls or texts, and always honest in our communications. He kept thorough documentation (pictures) throughout the process to show the before, during, and after of his work.
