Crew came out and saved the day as well as the rest of the interior of our home after the once in a century storm that blew through the South Bay in early February. Not only did they tarp the damaged roof, they were back a few days later to replace it. Great job!

I will start my review of Pavone roofing with Mr. Pavone's own wording ""I don't gamble with people homes"".

I needed a roof replacement earlier this year and contacted a few roofing companies through Yelp. I personally met with a few licensed roofing companies representative/owners/roofers along with Pavone Roofing (Skip). Some were extremely pushy and trying to upsell things I didn't even ask for, some were difficult even to communicate, some were late to the appointment, and some were just about the business of making/milking money.

I also met Mr. Pavone who was the opposite of everyone I met before. He was on time, calm, presentable, genuine, not pushy, easy to communicate, respectful, and didn't mention anything about money. I immediately felt at ease with him specially after his wording ""I don't gamble with peoples homes"". So, to make it short, after a couple of more meetings, I accepted his quote and signed the contract to re-roof the front house and repair the back unit's roof.

Mr. Pavone was extremely patient. We wanted to replace the roof in April but due to some issues, we had to wait. Mr. Pavone accepted the new dates despite his fully booked schedule.

After the roof Replacement/repair by his subcontractor, the rain started and we found out that water was standing on two areas of the main house's roof and a leak in the back unit. It was late at night when the tenant informed me of the water leak. I called Mr. Pavone and left a message for him (around 10:45pm). I couldn't wait until the next day so, I got a help from another contractor from Yelp to put a tarp on the back unit's roof to prevent further leak.

Mr. Pavone called me very early in the morning and soon after, while was very ill with flu, came to the property. He took the tarp off, took some pictures and advised that we should wait for a couple of days to dry out (based on forecast, the weather would be clear for a few days). Two days later, exactly as he promised, he brought his subcontractor and was on the roof to oversee his subcontractor. He also, as courtesy, added another downspout on the other side of the back unit (not part of contract). He offered me the payment that I made to the other contractor who came and placed the tarp but based on my observations of his professionalism (going above and beyond), I didn't accept the payment.

There are not enough words to express my sincere appreciation of Mr. Pavone (Skip) but simply I can say that he is a rare jewel, extremely genuine, honest, respectful, and a kind person who puts the needs of others before his.

Pavone Roofing and Mr. Pavone (Skip) truly earned my FIVE STAR review and I highly recommend him as the BEST contractor I've ever met.

I had a bump in my roof due to a underlying plywood problem. Rico and his teammate did a fantastic job fixing it and in addition, there are a few areas Rico helped identified for fix. After learning my horrible experience with an eviction of 6 months of a non paying tenant, he offered a fix without charging me and offered detailed tips on how to addressing remaining problems myself without incurring charges.

Rico has a big heart, and am a very very decent person. I totally trust this business. Will definitely use them for my next roofing projects.

I hired Pavone Roofing to replace our roof in the winter of 2023. After getting over 8 bids, they were the best price and had no high pressure sales tactics. Skip and his team were very communicative and always on time. They took a project that was supposed to last 1 week and finished in 2.5 days because of all the rain we received this year. They were very concerned with making out roof water tight before a big storm came in dumping many inches of rain.
